My question is- is Feb 14 the only day we celebrate love?
why are Nigerians overrating this Valentine of a thing?

There are differences between Christianity and religion, Many are GOING TO CHURCH but few are GOING DOWN THE ROAD WHICH LEADS TO LIFE. Many are RELIGIOUS but few are RIGHT WITH GOD.

Religion is DOING while Christianity is DONE. When Jesus cried on the cross, "it is finished" The work of our salvation was FINISHED, DONE, ACCOMPLISHED and COMPLETED. A religious man may be likened as a man who try to swim from river kaduna to niger by his own strength, he will never make it. But the man who is save by faith is likened to be a man who get on a ship, hoping it will take him to his destination. This man simply rests upon the ship and lets the ship do all the work.

THIS ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN RELIGION AND CHRISTIANITY.
1. RELIGION: "Salvation is something I must do. I must somehow earn or gain salvation by the way I live."

CHRISTIANITY: "Salvation is something only God can do. Salvation is of the LORD!" (Eph. 2:8-9).

2. RELIGION: Religion is summed up in one word: DO--man trying to DO different things to please God and earn His favor.

CHRISTIANITY: Christianity is summed up in one word; DONE--Christ dying on the cross to save sinful man (John 19:30).

3. RELIGION: The religious man is busy
"working" (doing good works) in order to
be saved.

CHRISTIANITY: The saved person is "not working" (Rom. 4:5) but is RESTING upon the finished work of Another. Although he must beware (1 peter 5:

6. RELIGION: The religious man is seeking to establish his own righteousness by ignoring the way of the righteousness of God (Rom. 10:3).

CHRISTIANITY: The saved man is satisfied with the perfect righteousness of Jesus Christ (2 Cor. 5:21).

7.RELIGION: Religion is pictured in Genesis 3 by the fig leaves that Adam and Eve made for themselves--a terrible covering (Gen. 3:7).

CHRISTIANITY: Salvation is pictured in Genesis 3 by the coats of skin which God provided by way of the shedding of BLOOD--a perfect covering (Gen. 3:21).

8.RELIGION: CAIN'S RELIGION--"I bring to God the labour of my own hands" (Gen. 4:3).

CHRISTIANITY: ABEL'S FAITH--"I bring to God a blood sacrifice. An innocent substitute must die to save me" (Gen. 4:4).

Good works done by sinful man can never please a holy God. The greatest good work is GOD'S WORK accomplished by Jesus Christ who offered Himself on the cross as the sinner's Substitute.Thus we are not saved by good works but we are saved unto good works: "For we are
his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them" (Ephesians 2:10). "For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure" (Philippians 2:13).

Are you resting fully in the finished work of Christ? Are you trusting in Jesus Christ, WHO HE IS, WHAT HE HAS DONE FOR YOU and WHAT HE HAS SAID IN HIS WORD? "Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else" (Isaiah 45:22).

vagina, such as a yeast infection, bacterial
vaginosis, trichomoniasis, human papillomavirus
(HPV), or herpes and Sexually transmitted
infections (STIs), such as chlamydia or gonorrhea
are likely causes. when such changes are
discovered it is important to visit your hospital
for tests and treatment.
It is also very important to treat the person you
are sexually active with too, to avoid getting
reinfected.

ANYTHING CHEMICAL: Anything chemical near
your vagina or vulva, such as soaps and washes,
will not only potentially irritate and expose
yourself to toxins more easily absorbed through
vaginal mucosa, but will effect vaginal pH which
in turn effects healthy bacterial balance leading to
odour and risk of infections. Same goes for so-
called feminine washes as no wash can ever
match your own individual pH as it changes
throughout your cycles. Your vagina is self-
cleaning so you just need to wash your vulva
with water and use your hands to clean between
labia.

HAIR VS NO HAIR: Hair can also play a role in
smells because it traps odor. I don’t know anyone
whose still holding on to the bush, but if you are,
keeping the area clean and dry can eliminate an
overgrowth in bacteria.

Lets look at some preventions….

AIR IT OUT: When air is limited, your body begins
to smell. Think about the areas on your body that
are prone to odor: mouth, armpits, butt and
vagina. It seems like the world would be a better
smelling place if we all just walked around in the
nude instead of stifling our bodies with various
layers of clothing. To make sure your vagina is
getting plenty of air exposure, wear cotton
panties. They may not be the sexiest pair of
underwear your own, but your vagina is more
important.

DRINK MORE WATER: Drinking lots of water is so
important. Often, the vagina can smell from not
drinking enough water. The rule of thumb is this,
if you use the bathroom and your urine is clear to
light, you’re drinking enough water. If your urine
is any form of yellow, you need more water. There
should be no odor or color change when you pee!
If there is, look at what you’re eating. Sometimes
asparagus and other foods can drastically change
the smell. Also if you’re taking any type of
medication or antibiotics it can change the smell
and color.

CONTROL WHAT YOU EAT: Although your taste
buds may be craving fats, carbohydrates and fast
food, refraining from these foods will keep vaginal
odor at bay. Unhealthy foods seep out through
your pores as well as your vagina. Incorporating
more veggies, and less sugar, into your diet will
improve the health and odor of your vagina.

PRACTICE SAFE SEX: Also get regular check-ups,
and if you smell bad this is a sign of infection so
you should seek medical attention and treatment.

Dear Readers,

I have been married for eleven years now. My wife is a teacher (customer service facilitator). She was into this profession before I met her and married her. But I am so confused that I can't really explain what is going on in my marriage. We have no kids yet, but she gets pregnant, before I will know what is going on, I will see her using sanitary pad, saying her period just came out.

What surprises me mostly is that, I have followed her to the hospital countlessly and the pregnancy report reads positive, what l don't understand is how it will come out just like ordinary mensturation. I have forcely dragged her to the hospital myself, but the doctor said she is ok.

I tried to monitor one pregnancy of hers. Sat at home, denied her of her work. It got to three months and that month was when my mother passed on, and I had to rush to the village, staying one week, she called me after 4 days saying she is bleeding, I told her let me call my uncle who is our family doctor, she told me that she can't wait, that she is in pain, that she will visit the hospital close to us, when I returned, she was on pad. My mistake was that I didn't go to the hospital to ask them whether my wife was their patient when I wasn't around. I got so worried that my brother decided to know what she was up to.

So my brother asked his friend to woo my wife, lets know whether he can be able to make her talk. The guy sought for her friendship request on Facebook and she accepted. They went on as friends for 4 months before she could start talking of her married life. I have the screen shot messages with me. Where she told the guy, that she has dreams to fulfill before having a child. That she has been aborting her pregnancy because she doesn't not want set backs in her career. That children are one big headache and set back in marriage. The guy asked her is her husband not complaining? She told him, that she has her ways with me.

That the husband is and illiterate business man, who managed to go to the university. From my childhood I have always wanted to do business, but my father being a medical doctor had a rule, that all his children must past through the university before starting a business. I made first class in Computer Science. It's painful but am not annoyed, but I am terribly shocked to be living with such a woman under my roof. I have not confronted her on this, but I am still in shock. She is 42 years and I am 47years.
