I want to know if a company Manager say for example a Production Manager can sue a union Chairman? This particular person has been issuing a threat to a friend of mine (Production Manager) that he will do everything possible for him to be sacked. Please what advice can I give to my friend to make his Job secure. My friend said he heard the Union Chairman has been eyeing the role of a Production Manager. He wants to go a legal way and seeking my advice if it is possible.

According to new regulations, your blocked account amount should be 853X12=10,236€. It must not be less than this amount and not reasonably too high.
My advise, keep it between 10,425-11,000 €
