This is politics people, these guys are not out to ultimately win the election. What they want is recognition and affiliation with those parties. This is how it works: You make so much noise about contesting, then you start negotiation with you competitor/within ur party as primaries get closer. If you are lucky you get a juice appointment when your party wins the election if you are not that lucky you get some cash settlement for stepping. Down!!!!. Dat is d spirit chibuking, you will definitely find sme1 to share dier invite with you @ d venue. About what to expect, that depends on the role you are invited for. If its graduate trainee expect written test in areas stated above while contract job will most likely be oral interview for stage one. All d best.
