Concerning medicals, most multi national companies dnt disqualify people based on health condition. If you are good they take you and help you manage your condition.

This is from experience, I did my internship with one of them and worked in the clinic. After conducting pre- employment medicals (some people have cases as serious as HIV/AID, HepB, Sickle cell, Cardio issues etc) we discuss dier result with them and tell them wat company medical insurance will cover and what it won't. We discuss other thing about their health with them, advice them and that is all.
Nobody was ever refused employment because of their health palava .
