Your last paragraph is correct but Nigerian schools are not prepared yet. It's doesn't make sense to tutor students for 6 years and take them to another centre to write the exams. Apart from that, ample time should be given to schools to get the necessary infrastructure for a CBT based exams.

I'm thinking 30 or 35 , well for finances , I'm okay in that aspect , I have a few successful businesses. I can comfortably take care of 2 to 3 people so it's not a Biggie.
I'm just low-key scared of marriage ,I've seen many marriages go bad , my parents , my uncles and aunts , even my broda too , it scares me a lot.
