If the person is a politically exposed person and he lied when opening the acct,then it is not the bankers fault therefore,he should honour the agency as he would help in tracking the fellow.

There is a body in charge of exposing such customers...this is usually done by the operations department of every bank.

Civil servants can't pay reasonable rate...their salaries aren't enough to command good profit.

Also my advice is to lend only to civil servants, they are the only people that are sure to pay back cos they have job security

For me,I will advice that if u don't have money,pls don't marry.

Marriage can kill u before ur time...the cost of running a family is crazy under this current president.

I used to advice men to marry in their 30s but not anymore.

Pls,avoid it if u can.

What advice will u give to a man in his early thirties?

First of all,get ur financial life in order.

Make friends with people who have productive mentality. Not just hard working people.

Marry a working class lady...talk about ur future with her to know if she fits in to ur marriage/future plans.

Prepare not to hide ur money away from ur wife to be. But before you say I do,do a back ground check on ur wife to be to avoid had I know. Study ur mother in law,she might be a true reflection of what ur wife might turn out to be in future.

If she is bad,run away from that girl,as snakes don't birth rat. Time showeth bad character.

As a man,buy land at early time of ur marriage,ensure it's well documented so as to avoid land grabbers.

No matter what u earn,keep 20% of all ur income,be it side hustle,salary or gains from anything and in five years time let those savings start working for u and bringing something for the family expenses,this I have done for the past 10yrs of my marriage without stress.
