Health › Re: Concern About Possible HIV/AIDS Transmission From Barber's Clipper by ibechris(m): 7:32pm On Mar 04, 2025 |
jeminem: I hope this message finds you well. I recently had an experience at the salon that has left me feeling a bit concerned, and I was hoping to gather some insights from this knowledgeable community.
During my last visit to the salon, I had my hair cut with a clipper. Unfortunately, towards the end of the haircut, the clipper made a few cuts and scratches on my scalp. I want to clarify that the barber did use a flame lighter for sterilization before the haircut, but the accidental cuts have left me wondering about the possibility of HIV/AIDS transmission.
I understand that HIV/AIDS is not easily transmitted and requires specific conditions to spread. However, given the nature of the situation, I wanted to reach out and ask if anyone here has any knowled ge or expertise in this area. Can HIV/AIDS be transmitted through such minor cuts or scratches, even if the equipment was sterilized? I want to make sure I have accurate information and put my mind at ease.
Thank you all for your time and any insights you can provide. Your knowledge and understanding would greatly help me address this concern and put any worries to rest. U can't infected with that rather,u should be more afraid of Hypatitis. That one is a potent killer. It could be transmitted through sweat, saliva and name it. |

BreconHills: Your source is sahara reporters? You are really scraping the barrel.
Even if it accept your thesis. There is a big difference between opportunism and an action which changed the course of this nations trajectory and caused thousands of lives. If these betrayers were committing an offence it was against a man but Nzeribe, Clement Akpamgbo and that midnight judge committed an offence against a nation; both those born and those yet unborn.
When you look at the tipping points of this nations history one is left with the conclusion that the same group of people have been responsible each time. U will tell me if u have a news channel of ur own. |

BreconHills: And this is Arthur Nzeribe saying why he set out to frustrate the election of MKO Abiola. Many people were against Abiola's emergence and the chief of them all were yorubas. I can give u the list of all those yorubas who were against Abiola. 1. BABAGANA kingibe who was his vice. 2. Ibrahim Babangida 3.Walter Ofonagoro 4. Uche Chukwumerije. 5. Late effort Shofolahan. 6. Lamidi Adedibu 7. Arisekola Alao 8. Ebenezer Babatope 9. Olu onagoruwa 10. Lateef Jakande 11. Oladipo Diya 12. Olusegun Obasanjo 13. Tony Anenih 14.Ernest Shonekan 15. Tom ikini. Out of these numbers, about ten of those names are from Yoruba land who betrayed their brother for position and money. Yorubas and betrayals are like bread and beans. Stop calling on igbos...no wonder Abiola's children accused yoruba elders for killing and eating their fathers meat. https://saharareporters.com/2019/06/10/june-12-special-12-judases-june-12-who-betrayed-mko-abiola-hope-93 |

Igbo tribe is the only tribe that would fight his blood brother because of a visitor in their midst.
I have done it and I know what my people can do for a visitor to be considered welcome around them.
Ask any guy serving in the Eastern Nigeria.
They are respected, taken care of especially if u are from other tribe.
See Who Ojukwu fought for...he ran away like a fool.
Same way Abiola ran away to London thinking another igbo man would fight for him then...no person tell am to come back and fight for himself.

Politics › Re: IGBOS: The Greatest & Resilient African TrIbe by ibechris(m): 8:21am On Feb 25, 2025 |
Validated: The Biafra civil war has shown that the Igbos are a resilient stock. Though small and less than 25% of Nigeria, both in geographical size, structure and population, the igbos were able to withstand the rest of Nigeria for 30 months. The igbos deserve to be respected.
I once read somewhere that the reason most of the 1966 coupist were Igbos was because about 50% of the foreign trained, certified and commissioned officers in the Armed Forces were Igbos. The rest of the tribes were mainly non-cimmisioned personnel. Infact, most of the Northern officers, like Buhari., Abacha, Etc rose through the ranks. In coups, only officers are involved.
Today, rising from the dust of the Civil War, and after losing almost everything, the Igbos have steadily risen to reclaimed dominance in Nigeria commerce.
If what befell the Igbos befall any other tribe in Nigeria, believe you mean, they would have remained perpetually poor. Igbos are the richest tribe in Africa. They didn't just come back, they came back in style and determined to do more. |
