If u are not an economic thinker u would think the man is talking nonsense.
I have said this times without number, that u can't rax the rich and expect the poor to survive it.
The higher u tax the rich, the more the goods and services u will purchase in the market would skyrocket.
It is a give and take thing...the rich and govt officials would enjoy while the poor would suffer the consequences. |

Same applies to me...after the pandemic,I bought a land for 5million,I sold it this morning for 16million.
There are diverse ways of making money.
If u had invested that 6million in a land some where, u would have had some reasonable money with u today.
Putting anything above 1million in a Nigeria bank is like wasting money on hook up girls. |

Vision101: So the main work of a president is to go about inspecting projects in spite of his heavy workload. What is the work of his ministers? Everyone just talk chochocho online. Then u don't know the function of a responsible govt. Donald Trump inspects the wall his country was building. This is how u guys breed corruption and support it with ur full chest. If governors can inspect projects why should a president not inspect what he started? Sick heads every where. |

When u have a president that is not interested in inspecting a project but finds solace in travelling even uninvited abroad.
Now,I know Nigeria is truly a Royal Niger company it only exist to be fleeced and stripped of every good stuff.
It is the only country where men and women steal just to enrich themselves at will.
Everyone stealing like Lord Lugard. No dignity. |

kedeojo: Let the El rufai removed him cos he is not even powerful in kaduna again. Stop making noise, am not a fan of Tinubu but he is a political juggernaut and a desperate politician who will do anything or go any length to get what he want. With kaduna governor and now Shehu Sanni, you think El rufai can't deliver his state to any party he join before 2027. The only candidate that can win Tinubu is former president Jonathan. Even if Atiku and Obi ran on joint ticket, they will still lose. Many people in south south and south west who voted for Obi, will see him as a desperate and not good person he claims to be. The Northerners will still vote for Tinubu because the governors expecially will want to be the beneficiary in 2023. Only Jonathan will command votes across all board. I don't even seeing him contesting again and with is closeness to Tinubu it will be difficult. U are still thinking in the past. I am currently in the north,u see many northern politicians would not be re-elected come 2027 if they chose to remain in APC. The hate for APC in the north is so much that,I doubt if there could be anything that would swing the vote for them. If u mention APC any where in the north,u might be injured especially if u refer to Tinubu. |

Bobodee09: We that have been to your region know how you even look down on each other.
We yorubas aren't gullible to invest in another region.
In every aspect we are better than you people.
Wealth, politics, sport, medicine, music etc are always far ahead. U guys are ahead yet most of ur houses in ur region still look very pitiable. The brown roof houses in Yoruba is a depiction of what poverty looks like in ur states across western Nigeria. Even God knows, when an igbo says he is far better than a Yoruba man,he speaks from a confidential point of view. Comparing igbos with yoruba in terms of wealth and investment is a huge joke of the century. Google never made any mistake in saying igbos are the richest tribe in Africa and the most intelligent tribe in Africa. |

seborrhic: Infact,Saudi Arabia and UAE have legally sanctioned clubs and alcohol parlors. Another point is this:I see lots of Yoruba muslims drink alcohol openly,so my question has always been,is the Islam practiced by Yoruba Muslims different from that practiced by Northern muslims? Most northern Muslims are archaic and vindictive religious bigots. Times have change and they have refused to adapt to the changing world. When I was serving in Kebbi state, most of them used to go to Niger Republic to party and drink to their satisfaction and later return only to behave like people who haven't seen beer before. They practice shariah but they aren't true to their religion. Yorubas have a better version of Islam and are moderate. |
