Something like this happened to my friend here,he went to his village after buying a land that wasn't encumbered nor had issues.

The same land was put up for sale by some useless youths in his home town,before u knew it,his mum alerted him about what was happening.

This guy,went to his village and went straight to the chief priest who was known by everyone as being honest,the man visited the site and placed something on the land and told everyone who has ear to listen to him,if u know this land does not belong to u keep off,if not that, what awaits them is death.

My friend had to fence his land and took possession proper.

This said land was own by my grandfather then my late father now we the children. the children planted palm trees in the said land for almost 15 years now after the death of my father. Last week our mother called us from the city that a particular young boy from the same village came that he owns the land. We all children came to the village on Sunday and we invited him so that he should come and explain how he owns the land,he refuse coming we all for the today Thursday our mom called us that he brought some juju to summon us the children. What is the way forward

Summon the elders of ur land...table the matter and seek the help of ur elders their elders from the guys side...if he refuses,then take the matter to Anambra where the real shrine is.

Where land matters are presented to the gods to adjudicate on and justice given immediately.
