Big fallacy, if not strait of hormuz that iran is using as an leverage by now, iranian government would been overthrown
Let's flip it the other way. If not the huge oceans surrounding America it would have been destroyed for the longest.

Geography is a part of war and America has lost.

Changes nothing! The Strait of Hormuz is still under blockade. The blockade they started has been effectively enforced by the US. Iran is losing revenues of hundreds of millions in dollars. If this continues for the next 2 weeks I'm afraid for the implosion that may happen within their country when they can't sustain their government. I hear they have submitted a revised, indirect proposal through Pakistani mediators to end the ongoing conflict. This is to tell you that they are feeling the heat from within and without.

My brother no be for mouth...People will assess you based on your track records of achievement, tell me one obvious thing the man did in Anambra when he was a governor, please put sentiment aside, The Tinubu you have failed to appreciate his efforts since assumed office has done so many things that no pass administration has ever done. But people fail to see the achievement because of hate...now let me list out his achievement so you can see for yourself.

1. Apart from removing the subsidy which all the Presidential aspirants in 2023 election promised to remove including peter obi.
2. He has ensure local governments is being recognized within the system giving direct allocation to them...he fought tirelessly to achieve this...
3. NELFUND...He provides students loan to relieve the burden on their parents..i am one of the beneficiary.
4. Coastal Highway from Lagos to Calabar...on going construction
5. Floating of naira, exchange rate would be determined by market forces not unlike before that the economy is being packaged. This move would attract foreign investors
6. Badagry - Sokoto Highway on going construction.
7. Tax reforms..for proper tax regime
8. There is massive road construction across the Federation i hope you are aware of this...
7. Petroleum reforms...for proper accountability in our oils industry
To mention but few all of there would translate to economy relief to all Nigerian sooner or later...let support him for another 4 years to prove his competency....the man is trying...remember Nigeria is a big country and lots of saboteur ready to bring down the country...
My brother, many Nigerians don’t care to see the good things Baba has done because

- of tribal bigotry
- they want the government to bring free or cheap food to them at home, whilst they spend their energy making unnecessary babies that the country doesn’t need 🤷🏾‍♀️

This is not a problem at all. Its now left for Nigerians to decide if they want to continue with tilumbu or change the most wickedest regime in Africa. Where the citizens you're leading will be slaughtered like sheep and you kept quiet, where you will be causing pains on the citizens with nonsense policies without any results, borrowing billions every 2 months without doing anything reasonable and tangible with it. Sharing the country's commonwealth with your seven hooligans and family while killing the citizens with taxes. Nigerians, its up to you people! Obi is a made man; he got nothing to lose in Nigeria

geoworldedu:
First of all, the reason why a politician will rather turn blind eyes and never want to do all these is because you will have more enemies than friends among the powerful politicians if you try to do everything I stated earlier. You won't even last in power. You will killed through coup. This is because all the politicians around you will not have enough money to squander. But that's what I will do and it's simply what I have stated. I don't mind dying in power to do what I want to do.

As for the money, some of them I get through revenues. Some I get through borrowing to achieve my aims. The different between me and Tinubu will be that while Tinubu borrows money to embezzle, I will borrow to wipe out the arses of the terrorists. From my country. There isn't going to be anything called repentant terrorists. Na fire for fire. Farmers must go back to the farm no matter what.

Every other thing you ask, the answer is from what I just gave. Government revenues and borrowed money are more than enough to achieve everything and more for the development of the nation. You won't believe it except you are being deceived or perhaps you are one of them.
Your head and thoughts are in the right place, well done. However I am deeply disappointed with the emboldened. You shouldn't be making statements like this without evidence and veritable proof. It is an unfair and very careless statement........
I have done deep models and analysis, and I can tell you that even if corruption is 0% in Nigeria, we are still a very poor country with limited resources to cater for 270m people. I can't understand why people are still reproducing at such a high rate carelessly, recklessly and brainlessly. In the event of crisis nobody in the world will come to our rescue because we keep operating at a very low IQ level.

What you have said is very general, not specific, not practical in a democracy, you're not a military officer. Even as a military officer you and your buddies will face judgement when you leave power.

Thanks for the intelligent conversation but stay away from making emotional, reckless, malicious, improper statement and making allegations you can never defend. Ciao!

Omorr, first of all as the president of the country, I will use 6 months to fight war against terrorists. I won't wait for them to strike. I will go after them ni. International bodies that wants to render help, let them come let's finish off the Fulani terrorists everywhere around the nation.

Then farmers will return to their farms and things will become cheaper.

Then concerning power, I give you money to generate power as a minister, you didn't do it. That's treason and direct killing is the judgement, no time.

If you are found embezzling money for one project or the other, it's killing- no two ways about it. There is no way the country won't get better that way.

Pls don't be deceived, there is enough money to generate enough power to go round the country. A single politician in Nigeria steal billions of naira. If that can be used for solving part of the power problem, things will get better.
Thanks my brother. It is easy to open mouth and just talk anyhow. A lot of Nigerians don't understand the complexity of governance in a democratic country. Please review the questions below and think about it . I am quoting you from your last response

Fight war against terrorist - How? And how will you fund the war? From which budget?
Go after them - How, where, and how do you secure the whole country from Sokoto - Lagos - Maiduguri - Port Harcourt?
Then farmers will return to farm - How will your government achieve this please?

Give money to minister to generate power? How much? From which budget? Where is the money coming from? What exactly is the money for?
Treason and killing of minister who steal - How? Under what law of Nigeria? Legal due process and court? What about his tribe people? And his political supporters, how will you kill a minister legally?

There is enough money to generate power? where is the money? from which source?

A single politician steal billions? which politicians and do you have verifiable evidence to present in court? under which Nigerian law? are the EFCC and police and courts involved?

Please take your time to reason these questions - THANK YOU MY BROTHER!!!

I am not Aminda but here is the alternative.
Let Nigeria leave OPEC like Angola and pump as much oil as we want without any restrictions/quota and sell even at a discounted price to meet the needs of 270 million people and stop all this borrow borrow and IMF/ADB/Eximbank entanglements as na rat race.
We can't be in OPEC and be living on oil pumping restrictions/quota and think we can progress as we don't have the same developmental requirements of Saudi or UAE which are more developed than us and can survive on quota/restrictions.

Do you know why USA - the biggest oil producer, Canada and Qatar are not members of OPEC?
Very Grateful for your response and this dialogue. We, as citizens are also part of the government even though we are not in office. Our objective and well thought out discussions can help the government with ideas, and also help the citizens to understand the challenges our government officials and policy makers like the president, governors and their cabinet faces.

If we leave OPEC to operate independently in the world's oil market, there are PROS and CONs, positive as well as negative consequences. Our country, Nigeria, through consultations with market experts, financial institutions, oil industry players, diplomatic and international cooperation experts, determined that it is better for Nigeria (whose budget almost entirely depends on oil revenue) to stay in OPEC, to reduce risk. Our international influence and dollar USD credit rating and risks are directly influenced by our OPEC status. There is also the risk of oversupply on international market which means big fall in price.

Would you as president of Nigeria take the risk of leaving OPEC? Imagine if price falls due to oversupply and nobody is willing to give us any loan, the country will grind to an immediate halt. We will have pure starvation in the country, not hunger ooo but real starvation- would you take that kind of risk?

Canada and USA are western countries and they are the buyers and they also often think they are better than everybody else.

Quatar have so much gas and oil revenue became insignificant in comparison to gas, so the left OPEC without much impact on their country. our own story will be different - we are not in that position.

Chai!!! So you think the government can't give you electricity across the whole of the nation 10 hours a day, which is what we are asking for right now. Not 24 hours.

So you think if government make the country secure so that millions of farmers can return to farm without being kidnapped, the price of food won't go down and once again become affordable for citizens? So you think 90% of Nigerians were not affording 3 square meals before this current government came up?

All we are asking is for Tinubu to take us back to the regime of Buhari where we 90% of citizens can still afford to eat 3 square meals comfortably. Back then it's extra things we could not afford. We can afford feeding our family of three. But now, it is no more the case.
Ok no problem, thank you for your response.

What should the government do to achieve the emboldened across this large expansive nation, please? Break it down step by step!!! Pretend that you are the president of Nigeria right now. As you know, citizens are also part of the government.

We will come back to electricity later. Let's discuss this food issue first.

once again, thanks

Availablity of resources, especially electricity in our houses and food to eat.

Without those basic things, everything else makes no sense.
So! You think Nigerian government can afford to give you electricity across the whole of Nigeria 24/7? Do you really think so?

And you think our present and past presidents are just “wicked people” who hate their citizens (the masses) and refuse to give them light, Abi?

And explain how YOU expect government to give you or people ‘food to eat’. Just explain it in your own words so I can understand.

Grateful for this conversation 🙏

AMINDA:
Tinubu removed subsidy to reduce borrowing, but now borrows to reduce the effect of subsidy removal. No be juju be that?
What do you produce in Nigeria? Nothing! Which means you have to import things you need. You need dollars to trade internationally. Dollar is not our currency.
You sell oil but the revenue is too small for 270 million people who don’t and can’t produce anything! The tax they pay is too small. The other government revenue is too small.

AMINDA, what do you want the government to do? Tell us the alternative (better idea). We are waiting…….,,,,,

PoliticsRe: Oseloka Obaze Replies Yul Edochie On Peter Obi's Record As Anambra Governor by ibedun: 9:53am On Apr 24
AMI3:
This is why I like Peter Obi
So any politician with this record should come forward

As a youruba Man. I really envy Peter Obi. And would be waiting patiently for the day when we will have a Governor of South west extraction that would replicate what he did in Anambra state.

I can't wait to have a Governor of a south Western state who like PETER OBI will rule a state for 8yrs;

1. He didn't borrow a Kobo.
2. He didn't use bulletproof car.
3. He never lived outside the state till end.
4. He met a debt of N36billion.
5. He met Onitsha as a terror zone.
6. He met his state at 27 in WAEC and NECO.
7. He met a kitchen called Govt House.
8. He met no Primary Healthcare.
9. He met no General Hospital in 14-LGs.
10. He met poor Pri. and Sec. school structures.

Before leaving;

1. Anambra wasn't owing any contractor or worker.
2. He cleared the inherited ₦36billion debt.
3. He brought in SMEs to the traders of the state.
4. He built the today's Govt House.
5. He built 18-Gen Hospitals and a state Specialist.
6. He built 178-Primary Health centres.
7. He fought and won the state against hoodlums.
8. He pushed the state 1st in 3yrs consecutively in WAEC and NECO.
9. He built brewery that employed over 3000 direct and indirect job seekers.
10. He even had to save ₦36billion and $150million for his successors to use and run administrations.
11. He drove 406 and Innoson throughout.
12. He didn't acquire any property anywhere while in office.
13. He never awarded any contract to family members.
14. His wife hadn't office, and allowed to mess with the state. She had her enterprises in UK.
15. Obasanjo had to come to Onitsha and spent 1-week because of peaceful environment.
16. He invited anti-graft to come and audit his administration, before handing over.
17. He refused to accept a piece of land, and gratuity and pension.
18. He never went close to State Govt House after handing over.
19. He never struggle to frustrate his successors policies.
20. Till today, he kept gifting multi-millions to Schools, Healthcare development, and entrepreneurship developments.
21. He even work as Chairman of SEC at the national stage without pay

If your definition of leadership is right you won't be against Peter Obi.

Only a selfish mind would see all these and still question it.

Peter Obi - a man that defiles Nigeria's version of leadership.
