is there any settings i need or software cause my bro just gave me this laptop and am having difficulties installing games like gta 4 etc,please i need help

Exactly what I thought too. But I was unable to submit my application, So I had to chat with one of their support, and the person sent me a link of FAQs and it was clearly stated that all document must be in pdf and not more than 200k each except for passport that must be in jpg and also not more than 200k.

It's until I met those requirement that my application was accepted..

all you need to do is to download the marshmallow update through the above link,follow the instruction and flash by yourself with no pc needed,if not you cant receive any marshmallow update while on lolipop through ota update
