Thanks Lucrabasi though I have heard them referred to as both when I lived in Nigeria. I don't think it is ridiculous for our climate. What is ridiculous s a three piece suit in 95% weather when there is no need for it. My dad worked in University of Benin and this is what he wore to work everyday including his colleagues.
