@all please if you want to download the files. Via phone use ucweb browser, just incase network fluctuates halfway during download so that file will not be corrupt.
If you are using a pc, a normal download manager like IDM will be ok.
If your network is fast and stable you shouldn't have a problem.
kindly help me forward it to glojnr@gmail.com

My advice may sounds different from others...... Well, it depends on the nature of the job you're offered in Dubai.... I will advice u take the Job, then enroll for University education, over there, on a PT basis.

Reason

You're presently 28 years old, and you will not be done with the degree till the age of 32(minimum)... No good company will offer you entry level job at that age. You can always get jobs that require experienced candidate even at that age. The experience you will acquire could count(once again, depending on the role).

So put everything into consideration before you decide..... The Lord is your strength.
tnx man

You can only archive less through violence,
Like they have gave away their chance of voicing out their thoughts and demands.

Assuming they (students) confronted the party with dialogue, with the S.U.G president acting as the mouthpiece of the whole students,
Am sure they could have made their demands and intentions known rather than acting like touts.
dialogue my ass, to helk with dialogue

Will Tambuwal as speaker cut down on HOR take home pay?? Minimum wage is N18000 please remind me what their take home pay is again??

For the millions they recieve monthly while the masses suffer and some youths are here on nairaland killing themselves and calling each other names. Note that both PDP and APC HOR members alike receive millions monthly while leaving minimum wage to 18000. Who is fooling who?? Nigeria's redemption far die.

@ Ibrahym, if you have a sponsor, you could go ahead and study but if you are self sponsored, you may need to think of traveling out and making it financially, before settling down to continue your education.

Wallie:
You are painting with very broad strokes! I personally know the following types of people currently in the US:

1. Someone that worked at Arthur Andersen in Nigeria before traveling to the US to get her MBA - currently making well over $100k. UNILAG schooled. Came here on scholarship after acing the GMAT. UNILAG schooled.

2. Someone that did his IT (or whatever you call the service after NYSC) at Mobil before traveling to the US to get his MS in engineering - currently making close to $200k as a contractor. UNILAG schooled.

3. Another guy that studied chemical engineering at UNILAG - over $200k
4. A Nigerian guy that owns his own govt contracting business - over $50M made in 7 years

5. A handful of Nigerians that had their first degrees in Nigeria but came here to start college afresh - 1 makes $70k+ out of college and the others are still looking for jobs.

The only thing all these people have in common is their work ethic, schooling and green card/citizenship.

My point is, some will succeed and others will fail. Some never had what it takes to make it in Nigeria or the US. Some have what it takes to make it but lack the papers needed to get a shot; however, if you have what it takes to succeed in the US and can also work legally, there’s a high probability that your lifestyle will be well above average. The same is not true in Nigeria.
May your day be long brother.

Anyone ever been to the U.S embassy Walter Carrington lagos.I was there sometimes ago with a friend to process our student visa. I saw a lot of funny things.the crowd there was similar to that of the redemption camp at a distance grin grin grin.I saw a lot of folks kitted like business men, some from the word go I already denied them in my mind.funniest of my experience that day was a lady who was interviewed just before me.she claimed she was going to see her uncle in Atlanta whose wife just gave birth.the consular asked if she has a job to which she said yes.without asking she said she works in an oil and gas company;name have never heard before, the address she gave was right beside my house....lol.I tapped myself to wake myself up from the dream...the consular asked how many month was she gonna help babysit the child as she claimed...she said 8months...the consular denied her and here she goes kneeling down.please sir for heaven sake, for the sake of this new baby pls give me this visa...I literally busted into an uncontrollable laughter as the security guys showed her the way out.it was such a gorycomical sight.guys share your funny experience at the us embassy
