StCapital: @Ibrahym47, Please look for your banks email address and send email to their head office or customer care, just explain how it happened , time, date, amount, branch where the the Atm is located even if it is another bank ,include the bank name and just go and sleep you see that you will get response within 48 hours and they will follow it up and you should not go to bank again because of the issue, before 4 banking days your money will reversed and they will notify you through alert. I have experienced it several times with the Best Bank in Nigeria GTB and Access Banks at different occasions and that was how they were solved. tnx alot |

Dear nairalanders, kindly help me broadcast this message. I've been banking with ECOBANK since 2009 but the recent state of services rendered in the branch(kaduna polytechnic tudun wada) where I opened my account calls for concern; where you spent not less than twenty minutes to make withdrawal or deposition even in the absence of queue while the ATM either tells u unable to dispense cash or keeps you waiting for lifetime. My major concern now is that on Oct. 3rd 2014 I tried to use their ATM, Kadpoly tudun wada to be precise. After the machine proved my effort abortive I was left with no option than to use the next available machine(fidelitybank tudun wada) where my account was debited of #20,000. I visited this bank on several occasions, still visiting as am typing this. ....they just keep making empty promises as usual 'it Will be reversed within five working days' Same empty promises from their helpline. Brothers and sisters, mummies and daddies in the house where do I go from here? |

And this will be APC's campaign song: An Elderly Igbo man wrote: "My Advice For My Beloved Buhari supporters is that, they should not exchange words with Jonathan's supporters again till around November, December. They should just get all the amount of insecurity attack coupled with GEJ empty assurances written on a pamphlet, get all the scores of corruptions in GEJ's tenure (Oduahgate, Diezani,) written on pamphlets, get all the scores of links that shows PDP is the culprit behind Bokoharam written on another pamphlets, including Pastor Reno Omokri's link (as evidenced by Andrew Azazi), Get the number of people GEJ has covered up on Bokoharam like Reno Omokri, Asari Dokubo, Henry Okah etc written, get all the number of people that died on MIS screening exercise written on another pamphlet, get the number of all the victims of bokoharam so far, with the failure of the intelligents incharge, by withdrawing troops while bokoharam strikes written on another pamphlet, get the number of the unemployment rate written on another pamphlets, get the months of ASUP & ASUU strikes written, get the number of injustice on the sincere personalities like Justice Ayo Salami's case and Sanusi Lamido Sanusi's case in details with the cover up for the corrupt fellows like, Diezani ($20billion missing, # 10billion jet scam), Oduagah ( # 255million vehicle scam), Andrew Yakubu (NNPC Chairman on $20billion), John Yakubu Yusuf ( # 27billion ), etc on another pamphlets, get the rate of impunity on Rivers state (Joseph mbu), governors forum (16>19 votes), taraba state (injustice on the gov), lagos state (Obanikoro's thugery) written on another pamphlets, get the number of churches where GEJ has attended and ultimately makes Govt Policies in the churches with the Muslims marginalization on the confab and same marginalization in his cabinents and yet claim that APC is an Islamic Party (Should PDP too be called Christian Party? NO, because we belief GEJ is the Bigot not really the party.), it was said that Sherrif & Inhejirika were the top finance supplier of BH, and up till now nothing have been done to them, so they should not forget to write that one on a separate pamphlet too, The illegal arm deal scandal that worth $15million should be written on another pamphlet and lastly get the missing $ 20billion written in bold and coloured. Let Buhari's supporters gets all these i have raised written on different pamphlets, distribute it as much as possible and ask nigerians; "DO NIGERIANS WANT THESE TRANSFORMATION AGENDA TO CONTINUE OR NOT?" Then Let them go and sleep, they dont really need much campaign, i am sure Many people even among the IGBO's and Christians too are still honest, sincere and want Justice" |

No political party can reshape this country like the inner will of her citizens. The youths that are supposed to be the change agent have all been jinxed with the political momentum. They are either resonating as PDP crest, APC trough or vice versa. How long are we going to continue like this...

Mogidi: Apart from not being transparent, Buhari is still regarded as the man who put "di.ck" in "dickator". His dictatorial tendencies would ruin Nigeria.
This is Sheikh Gumi on Buhari "Buhari also cannot be advised. That is legendary. He believes in himself only. So if before ascending to power, he is unapproachable, when he gets power he will just turn into another Pharaoh as nobody has the monopoly of wisdom and no man is indispensable"
Thats his own Imam warning us of Adolf Buhari Hitler. Gumi o, Adeboye o, CAC o, Izala o...religion has nothing to do with politics. Veryunfortunate situation we found ourselves |

SamIkenna: Its a shame some folks would rather pretend they were from the moon.
Less divisive people like Chime, Fashola, Duke, Fayemi, Mimiko, Ribadu, Ata, Utomi, Akume, etc - these are people I'll vote for any time. Even Ogbeni, I'm willing to vote for him. Obi recently messed up by joining PDP but still, I'm willing to forgive overlook that. The people I mentioned above - I will vote for before considering Buhari and my reasons are simple:
Buhari is an ethnic champion, a Fulani supremacist, and a sharia monger. Ogbeni, in my consideration, is openly religious but you never hear him talk religion, and for that reason I'm comfortable with him knowing that he considers my interest. But Buhari....what you see is what you get. He may arguably be the most virtuous contestant but in the world we currently live, in this current climate of extreme political Islam, all non-muslims and serious secular minded individuals should be wary of folks who overtly or covertly tilt towards Islamofacism, Islamic domination, or sharia implementation. Its a pity that people who, either because of their peculiar history, have a much favorable disposition to Islam and all its variants have decided to cast aspersions on others who're wary of Buhari, sharia, or Islam in its entirety.
In some of my posts I stated how much I feel for the general. Buhari as a person is perhaps a great individual. However, in Nigeria's political sphere being great or just a nice person or whatever is not enough because our country is a mosaic of diverse and, oftentimes, mortal enemies. For the above reason, any individual seeking for a position at the center must never be seen as belonging to any of the extreme poles. Buhari is seen that way and this is what many of his supporters are not willing to accept. Hating on non-supporters of Buhari or insinuating that non-supporters of the general are thieves who're afraid of him is absurd. Yea, maybe some are - I don't know. But at the same time there're many of us whose parents were receiving birth certificates when Buhari was taking over as military head of state, now tell me -what is it did I steal to be scared of the general?
My candid give-away for Buhari's supporters is the following: (1) Buhari is highly polarizing (that's a fact not assumption) and as such will be almost impossible to return for the second time as Nigeria's president irrespective of who he picks as VP. (2) Paring him with another muslim will not only make his chances exponentially impossible, it will quickly disintegrate Nigeria if such combo wins, which I think could win.
Let me expatiate a bit on the following statements - "exponentially impossible," and its seeming contradiction, "which I think could win."
Let's try to be objective for a minute. We know that GEJ's support is strong in SE & SS. Middle Belt and SW have some support for GEJ but it still could go either way especially in SW. So, for that reason let's give GEJ a chunk of Middle Belt and let SW muslims go to Buhari. Now that leaves SW Christians in play. Given this scenario, if Buhari pairs with a South West Muslim its obvious that all of SW, NE, NW, and a good chunk of NC is going his way and this is enough to beat GEJ. But then another headache sets in: will SE & SS, the two predominantly Christian enclaves, watch idly while 'their dark' day unfolds? Folks, your answers are as good as mine - its game over.
Now, this is the "exponential impossibility" I was talking about: you win and lose - simultaneously! This is not USA or Europe. No strong enclave is going to play dead in this century. We see what happened in CAR and many more so its imperative we ponder on the outcome of some choices before thinking we can easily force it down the throat of others.
Buhari is a pill most of us will never in a million years accept. And accompanying the general down our throat paired with another muslim as VP, especially now that we're much more wary and apprehensive of extreme Islam (and for good reasons)? Wow! you've got to be kidding - that's practically saying good-bye to Nigeria as a union. You have spoken well my brother, unlike some dullards judging GMB with lies that those who impoverished them told fed themwith |

Politics › Re: Speaker Tambuwal Defects To APC by ibrahym47(m): 12:01am On Oct 21, 2014 |
Bliss4Lyfe: Time and Time again, politicians of Northern extraction have shown themselves to be disloyal to the principles of one Nigeria. First it was Sanusi and now Tambuwal.
I can't help but look back at the many years of Northern leadership of our great nation Nigeria and the decorum with which Nigerians of all works of life, religion and tribe rallied under the banner of one Nigeria.
Politics is not entirely a game of power but unity, the unity that was hard won by the likes of Nnamdi Azikiwe and Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, may their soul rest in perfect peace.
If Northern politicians continue to show distaste and intolerance to other Nigerians in authority, then even if by a miracle APC wins an election which is highly unlikely, there will be no one Nigeria treasury to loot.
