I don't know why people are still reaching out to me concerning E-cmr despite the suspension of the enforcement exercise by the police... This means no police officer on the road can querry you for not having it. So no need to bother yourself on applying for it. Most of the people calling are inter state travelers especially to those Eastern part of the country they are usually harras by the police, If any officer stop you henceforth for E-cmr I will attach a screenshot where their Bosses suspended the enforcement
