Generally, most people are of the opinion that ligt skinned people (not just women) are more attractive. This is because you see them first. their complexion makes them stand out, but on closer scrutiny you might find the dark skinned person more attractive. when i see a light skinned girl, i like to imagine what she'd look like if she was dark skinned.

i guess you basically just need fingers to point in the right direction, the right direction depends on the kinda things you like to do.
