thank you p. desmond. i have no fear cos i know God is in control. the school confirmed receipt of my payment today so ill be expecting my CAS letter next week and hopefully apply the next day for my visa.

I know of ritman hotels in area 8 not so far from maitama. Dont mind the name, its just a guest house and you can get a room for 6k there. I'll still scout for more when i go out tomorrow and inform you ok..

There are affordable guesthouses around maitama, like 5-7k. I wouldnt suggest you lodge into a hotel cos of the cost. A guesthouse is better, you just need to take a 10mins drive to your destination, abuja city is small so no long distances.

tuition is 9400 pounds. i will meet up, uk visa takes approximately 3weeks.

Just got the response to my mail, they said they dont give any extension from the resumption dates. Too bad. Chiz balls pls which course are you going for and how long did it take to get your cas?

Chiz balls my start date is 17th but ive written the school for a 2week extension.

I will apply by 3rd week of august. Will pay my fees this week

P.desmond sorry i got your question wrong, i thought you were asking about the netherland own. I got pub hlt in a uk uni. This june.

Wittenborg was the only school that offered me admissiom, and that was'nt even for my course of choice, i was looking for a school with msc pub hlt but they offered me msc event management. I considered going with that but had a change of mind. That was around May.

University of sunderland stated on their letter that they dont accept debit or credit card deposits from Nigeria(too bad), i guess that leaves me with the dorm account. How long does it take to open one pls.

Pls whats the fastest way to pay my tuition so it can reach the school on time.

Emmerks sorry jare. I feel your pain. After months of running around and beating about the bush i finally settled for a UK uni. Thats what i get for my 2.2 from a nigerian uni. Hopefully after my masters i can look for a better european country to settle down.

P.demond i'm applying for Msc. And because i have a 2.2 i dont know if many unis will accept me. I'll mail them though.

@emmerks, not that there's anything wrong with the school, just the small population of students, like this year they just graduated only 8 students. I think if one has the money to pay for studies abroad then its better to get into a school that would give you a good student experience apart from the certificate. Also i think their staff strenght is too small. Just my thoughts though.

P.desmond im so happy for you. We'll get more of these success stories. Dont give yourself much headache anymore, i beleive you've scaled the major part of the hurdle which is getting your visa aprroved.

I didnt go ahead with the process. I had a change of mind after doing some research on the school i applied to. ( Wittenborg university). Its a private uni with less than 200 students. I figured if i should be spending all that money then i deserve something better. Im still looking at better schools in Germany and the Netherlands. Hopefully by next session i'll apply again.
