It depends, for instance there is this gal I know, i asked her out and she refused. Sometime later she asked me for some money. I was surprised becos from our past encounter I expect to be d last person she will ask of such favour. The money according to her was not even for a basic need, just pocket money. I told her to visit me let's do the do first, she got angry. I started wondering if some girls have common sense at all, is she supposed to get angry with me or with herself..?

let me ask u, does the do equate the money in question? Would u call that the real worth of your money?

There are things that we can't help. They are called 'obstacles', it's left to you to decide if you're gonna be brought down by them or you're gonna let it fuel your determination. Btw. For the fact you're a graduate doesn't mean you deserve employment.

are u kidding me?? What does a graduate deserve? Why do we attain HIGHER education if not for (better) jobs? I take ur first point n drop the latter.

as a graduate shouldn't I have a job as a merit? Must I sleep with men to get a job? Must we sleep with lecturers to get good grades? Must we sleep with bosses to get promotion?

Why do Many men refuse to help so many girls just because the girls refuse to sleep with them?
Why must a girl sell off her body just to achieve something that she merits?
Why is this world is so cruel?

Last Thursday, 15th October, I visited a private secondary school to apply for a job. On arriving, I met a male teacher and a male student fighting in the school premises. Suddenly, the school was turned into a frenzy. It didn't take long before the the parents of the male student arrived and there were exchange of curse words and threats. I waited patiently for the whole drama to end. When the atmosphere became calm, I approached the lady who had introduced herself as the principal during the course of the fight. I told her what I came for and she asked me to wait somewhere. After hours of waiting she asked me to drop my CV and return on Monday. Today I went there and I was asked to wait from 7:30am to 11am. When she finally came I was called to her office. She told me that her school doesnt need teachers at the moment and she won't be able to pay me. After a moment of negotiation, she told me that the best she can offer me is 7,000 naira per month. Then, she told me I would be taking Computer science, Physics and Biology from SS1 to SS3. When I got to the staffroom, I had to inquire from other teachers and I was told some earn even lesser salaries.
I used to think people were exaggerating it when they quoted teacher's earnings. A graduate earning less than Jamb registration fee.
Is this the future or is there another way out?

I recently graduated with a B.Sc in Biochemistry and I would like to engage myself working with a firm. I don't know anyone to help me n neither do I have any cash to set up a business. If there's any kind hearted person out that that can assist me get a job, pls don't hesitate.
