seunmsg:Aare bamofin Afe Babalola no longer goes to the court room. Haba! You want him to stand before one rat and call him my lord? It's not pride, that's where hard work and dedication has placed him. It's not easy to be Aare bamofin of Yoruba land. He is a father to NBA. |
Keenly contested |
Iamgrey5:OSA really proofed his point as the third force in ekiti.he started his campaigns quite earlier than any other except captain Adebomi. He started under pdp but wen he was told that the pdp ticket was going to Fayose's anointed. ADP had no office in ekiti prior to Osa's entrance.he single-handedly bankrolled the party to make sure it has at least an office in all the 16 local government areas. He ado made sure the party was represented in every ward and that explains why he could provide party agents in all units across the state to |
AEROLAND BABA....... OSHA praaa praaa. |
See what we have reduced ourselves to |
Eggcelent:THERE IS A POSSIBILITY HERE. What if we just have to start our verification now by going to inec designated areas to match our PVC s with a phone number of our choice ie eliminating ineligible voters. A dawn to dusk curfew should be implemented on the day of the election so no one can go to anywhere to get any inducement. Its really going to be pretty easier and cheaper. That's mobile voting. it will have even a better output than online voting. The result will be almost instant. The central collating screen will be connected live to all television stations and we will be done with an election in a couple of hours without one person having to see the other This in my own thinking will reflect the true wishes of Nigerians. |
ollah2:What about kogi and osun?both are apc states not owed a dime by fg yet ? owing workers heavily even more than ekiti. |
anonymuz:Its on record that fayemi stopped paying salaries immediately he lost elections the first time. It was Fayose that later paid August and September 2014 salaries when he was sworn in. |
Mynd44:If I don't know of any other federal road he built or repaired, I know of itawure-efon-aramoko road. You also need to be updated too that the major federal road that was built with state money which has not been relayed fully is ado-ifaki dual carriage that was almost completed by Segun oni but fayemi was was lucky to be in power when an installment of it was paid. Let me also set you straight on the statement you made about Fayose receiving more money than fayemi. Ekiti's subvention from the federal govt during fayemi's administration was 3.5billion monthly while Fayose gets only 1.5 billion due to fall in oil price. I also need to remind you that during fayemi's time the excess crude account was shared on several occasion while such never happened under Fayose. Fayemi also got the state indebted till 2030 during his tenure and didn't leave as little as 10 m in all the state government 's 400 plus bank accounts. Ekiti state has since been servicing the debt he left behind from source even before the allocation gets to the state. |
Neyoor:Says who? Am not talking about the number of registered voters. I mean the number of actual voters.i am a politician from ekiti and I have been observing this trend repeating itself over and over again since 1999 and it will still play out today. Check your records if you have any. |
Neyoor:ikere has more voting power than Ado |
yemmight:This shows how little you know about Ekiti politics |
he was a former speaker in the ekiti state house of assembly who was impeached for allegedly stealing a fire extinguisher while at o.a.u as a student. |
“There are good people. I said PDP is leprous hand, APC is leprous hand, but there are some clean fingers in them. So, let’s take those clean fingers in them and graft the clean fingers in our own. “That is the way to go and if we go that way, we will get there, we will move together, and we will will move fast Who was he referring to when he said "WE" Was he not part of the people who re-branded this failure and sold it to us? Obasanjo should not start making us feel he is part of us. He is only out for his selfish interest. When a hand is leprous, it starts with the fingers. He should just admit that he brought this failure on us. At the junction, I believe I am speaking the mind of 70% Nigerians when I say OBJ's advice is no longer needed. We will find solutions to our problems ourselves. Its our future not his Neither is it his children's because he has used their's even to the third generation. You can never here any obasanjo again except him for a century. |
Ambitionsway:And you think there is nothing you can do to make it count? There is no such thing as impossibility under heaven. Heaven only help those who help themselves. Think of what you can do to make it count. Its an assignment. Perhabs that's the reason why you exist. |
Harrisee:We are all a product of our society. You can't give what you don't have |

They will latter be tagged "repentant book haram", rehabilitated, trained, bankrolled and released |
buhariguy:Then you must have been living in the cave all this while. |
BankeSmalls:Sorry I don't need a job. |
I think this is the new way out of unemployment in Nigeria. 1. Join boko boys 2. Surrender 3. The govt rehabilitates you 4 the govt trains you on a trade 5 govt employs you or give you a take off grant. |
This is an old pic oga.1 No serving president in Nigeria can ride in a car without tinted glass. 2 it appears the person who took this pic was sittting on the third roW seat in the car which you will never find in any gov or presiden's official car as a matter of security protocol |
PearlStreet:Mangal still smuggles big time up till tomorrow. His trucks might still enter tonight through the Katsina axis. |
