Is it wise to warn them via their customer service agent on their app about my intention of reporting them to CBN & NDIC if after maybe few days I'll give them to return my money after which if they fail, I'll report them OR should i just go a head straight away? Their X(twitter) handle @KlashaApp has been deleted, i even heard their Instagram page has been deleted too (this i can't confirm yet as I've deleted my IG app since but that of twitter i can fully confirm |
Olamak1:Exactly what I've been trying to do since May, 2024, the screenshot below is always the response i keep getting till this very day, very moment (15th of June, 2024) Their card creation service & funding has always been like this since May, till now Their customer care service agents doesn't offer much help either(it's always either Romoke or Maybel), imagine asking me to create a new card after much to & from with them, i keep insisting that the funds are already with them from all indication, asking me to create a new card which I've been trying to do since last Month is absurd since they clearly know their card creation & funding services have been down since last Month

jboixxx:I have done that already, i have lodged different complaints with different customer care agent, all the time,i found out they just keep repeating thesame things(submit so so so & so files), then later their response will always be 'we're sorry, our team is working to resolve...' I think the major problem here is that the card (Pink Card) has expired before the refund was made, otherwise like you mentioned, it doesn't take more than few working days for refunds to enter wallet, it has been like that for me in the past with them The greatest challenge here again is in new card creation, both their pink card & black card creation has been down since May up till now, 'service downtime error' i could've created new card since sef, I'm just so fed up at this moment Any other way for me to escalate this issue? |
Just do whatever it takes to get your refund and jump ship after. Hello guys, I'm having a little trouble with Klasha since last Month till now A refund that was made to my card(expired) since last Month is yet to enter my wallet, i did provide all the requested info from them, after so many weeks of back & forth with the customer care agent, i keep telling them that the money is with them already providing the evidence both from Aliexpress & the card that was meant to receive the refund There final say this evening is that I'll need to create a new card to be able to receive the refund & they know fully well that their card funding & card creation service is down since last Month till now From my little experience, refunds normally hit the card if it's available but hits wallet if the card is not longer available, do these guys really want to chop my money As jboixxx confirmed earlier, my refund will hit wallet, I'll then decide whether to liquidate .... I don't know what is wrong with Klasha these days, i have stopped using them since my last card expired but as a refund was made since last Month on the card(expired), Klasha customer service has been telling me one story or the other after providing all they've requested for time after time, their usual we're sorry for the delay...blah blah blah Even one of the customer care agent in her response called me another name while addressing me one time, it occurred to me that these people are massively copying & pasting responses Anyone here know how i can escalate this to get my money back? |

Hello, abeg who has experience with EMS here, i just got a call now that my package is available for pickup & i should come with pick up fee of #5,000 via EMS unit, Nipost office, i told the guy that the handling fee I've been paying before now ranges from #200 - #500 depending on item weight & that the weight of this current one is 1.5kg, the guy cut call I'm not around & want to send someone to pick it up for me, how do i handle this amicably since it's someone going to help me pick it so it won't be a hassle for him I wouldn't pay more than #500 - #1000 if I'm around, I'll sort it out with them This is my first other coming via ems & the longest so far, almost 80 days |

You mean it used to be like Klasha where you just have to copy account number(wallet), top it up by tranfer, then open the app later, see your transferred amount on your wallet & from there just fund your dollar card My major turn off now is the fact that my bank app & Bitnob app can't be open at thesame time so i have to click on that 'i have made the payment option' I just opened the account today & verified it, verification wasn't all that smooth starting from otp to saving details, but after all hassle, it was alas completed |

This Country just dy stress person no be small, all these unnecessary protocols just to buy/pay for something online! Klasha still have one of the best user interface I've used in all these fintech apps, but their recent mess up too much, na why i dy try other alternatives, they did serve me well in the past but now...nah! |
Hello, guys using Bitnob here, how do you exactly fund your card? I find it a bit not straightforward as someone coming from Klasha app, i opened an account & verified, then clicked on deposit via bank transfer, i was hoping to just get/see an account number to copy & make deposit on which will reflect on my wallet & from there i can fund my virtual card, instead i saw 4 things there which were the bank account, bank name, the narration/remark i have to put...i copied the account number & remark, i wanted to go back, close the app & then open my bank app & make the transfer It prompted me with reasons for cancelling and under it, it says if you cancel often, you'll be restricted Abeg guys that are familiar with it should put me through, it's a bit confusing compared to Klasha |

Their Card creation, funding, withdrawal has been a real mess recently, for over one Month, you can't create dollar card etc, service downtime error... |
