sabbathday: I am a driver in Abuja, Nigeria, and today I was toiling as usual when I picked up a passenger at the Transcom Hilton Hotel in Abuja, Nigeria.
So we start to get the gist of the latest e-hailing app in Abuja that is better than Bolt.
So we heard this argument for 30 minutes before he went to his destination.
Then he finally introduced me to an app called GABDRIVER, and I told him my phone was filled with different apps, but I would try and uninstall one or two to enable me to install it successfully.
After I drop him off at his location, I relax and download the app called Gabdriver. After its installation, I register.
So after that, I was asked to visit their office in Maitama to activate my account.
which prompted me to rush to their office at 31 Pope John Paul Street, Maitama, Abuja.
my fellow drivers The registration process was quick and easy.
to cut the story short My Guy, when I visit their office, which is very big and beautoful of beautiful flowers and gorgeous IT guys , they treat me as if I want to come and give them 10 million dollars.
Finally, I activated my account and am ready to work.
Omo, their service is the best and is much faster and more reliable than Bolt's. I recommend all drivers register with them.
If I hadn't tried it, I would have said "no lie," but now I am certain that GABDRIVER is the best. Self advert |

SmartPolician: I thought the court was supposed to serve him the process and not the plaintiffs. There are court staffs called bailiff. They are messengers, it's a paid service. You can as well take it to your other party but it's not safe and wise. A lot of accused are very evasive of court process even with bailiff involved. One of the worse crime you can commit is assaulting court bailiff. Even your ancestors will know one of their own is being dealt with . Police and magistrate will suck your blood |

For me whom have been to court and observed. Guilty accused run from bailiff cuz they don't want to be served Substituted service is good cuz it can be pasted on your residence gate or places you frequent always . Jagaban should not be scared, he's more than this. It's obvious PMB is giving him cold feet |
Politics › We Are Unable To Serve Processes On Tinubu – Atiku, Obi Complain by id4sho(op): 11:43am On Mar 24, 2023 |
Breaking: We’re unable to serve processes on Tinubu – Atiku, Obi lament …as court hears ex-parte application for substituted service todayABUJA– Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar and his counterpart in the Labour Party, Peter Obi, have accused the President-elect, Bola Tinubu, of deliberately avoiding petitions they filed to nullify his election.
Consequently, the duo have re-approached the Presidential Election Petition Court, PEPC, sitting in Abuja with ex-parte applications, seeking to be allowed to serve the petitions on Tinubu, through substituted means.
It will be recalled that Tinubu, who was on March 1, declared as the winner of the presidential election, is currently out of the country.
In their applications before the court, Atiku and Obi decried that all effort to effect personal service of their petitions on him, proved abortive.
Meanwhile, owing to an affidavit of urgency that accompanied the motion ex-parte, the court said it would hear Atiku and Obi’s applications by 11am today.
It will be recalled that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, had declared Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, as winner of the presidential poll, ahead of 17 other candidates that contested the election.
According to INEC, Tinubu, scored a total of 8,794,726 votes to defeat Atiku who polled a total of 6,984,520 votes and Obi of the LP who came third with a total of 6,101,533 votes.
However, both Atiku and Obi rejected the outcome of the election which they insisted was rigged in Tinubu’s favour.
Aside from accusing INEC of acting in breach of its own electoral Regulations and Guidelines, the petitioners equally argued that Tinubu was not legally qualified to participate in the presidential contest.
More so, they argued that he did not garner the highest number of lawful votes cast at the election, adding that votes credited to the APC candidate amounted to wasted voted by reason of corrupt practices that marred the election.
Atiku further alleged that the electoral body deployed a third-party device he said was used to intercept and divert votes to the APC and its candidate.
While both Obi and Atiku separately claimed that they won the election, they asked the court to either declare them winners or in the alternative, order a fresh election.
Both petitioners urged the court to compel INEC to withdraw the Certificate of Return it earlier issued to Tinubu of the APC. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2023/03/breaking-were-unable-to-serve-processes-on-tinubu-atiku-obi-lament/

Konwan: Organ donor is donated. It's not purchased. Monetary compensation is as the same as luring people to sell their organs. And poverty can trigger people to this behavior not understanding they need a lot of money to maintain their lives afterwards. One of the highlights of the verdict is- they didn't put into consideration his Healthcare maintenance after the organ was removed.
However, if they want to purchase an organ, he can do so from any organ bank across the globe 🌎 and he's too rich to get that done.
But why spending more when they can grab a poor desperate Nigerian youth off the street ? Barman give this man a chilled bottle of orijin |

Felixamos: Some of you guys on Nairaland ehn!
So being humane to you, is asking someone whom prior to the kidney donation time, had never eaten a kobo of your money to sell his kidney to you for a certain amount right?
Being humane, is weaponizing poverty and bad governance, to the point where a "21 year old" boy would have to choose between his health and ekweremadu's financial inducement?
Being humane, is not deeming the young boy, who happens to be the organ donor, worthy enough to be graced in person with the presence of a "serving senator", to personally request for the kidney?
Being humane, is looking past all the families of his political and high society connections, to look for a poor boy who would quickly jump to the moon on hearing the offered amount?
Like are you kidding me!!
Thinking to myself: (It's getting to a time where I'll stop commenting or reading posts on Nairaland. Honestly). Forget that Guy |

hammerT: LISTEN THAT OPPORTUNIST MAN DESTOYED THE LIFE OF A NIGERIAN DOCTOR RESIDENT IN UK.
DEPRIVED EKWEREMADU DAUGHTER OF A CHANCE TO LIFE WITH THE AID OF HER PARENTS FINDING AN ORGAN DONOR.
DEPRIVED THE EKWEREMADU CHILDREN OF THEIR DEAR MOTHER, FOR HIS OWN SELFISH GAINS TO REMAIN IN THE UK, THAT HE NEITHER PAID TRANSPORT OR BOUGHT VISA. The process nailed them. The whole thing is criminal in nature. The doctor knew better but was greedy. Don't be emotional on this issue. I can remember the very first thread that made FP on this issue, out of 20 or so pages. It's only about 15 comments that knew what's up with this case and the extent. I commented well on it, I think the FP. The national assembly spoke on this matter and went cold , ohaneze spoke too and I think from the presidency. You don't attach your self to criminal issues. My2cents |
