Article 134 (2) of the Nigerian Constitution stipulates that a presidential candidate will be duly elected after attaining both the highest number of votes cast, and having received at least a quarter of the votes at each of at least two-thirds of the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The constitution is clear, 2/3 of 36 state plus fct, because fct is not a state, we don't say 37 state, we say 36 state plus Fct. Do you get now. The plus fct doesn't indicate you must win Fct, every state is treated equal.
APC isn't jittery ,it's PDP who is telling you APC is jittery, did you see any APC spokesman or person condemning the election, APC haven't said a single word about Fct, it's PDP numerous spokespersons that have been insinuating that. So please, relax.

At the end of collation, Atiku and Buhari will have 25% of vote cast in 2/3 of the states. The interesting thing is that, Atiku will win more states (btw 19-21 Statea) while Buhari will have more total vote cast.
So this is where you will find your President.

Please observe.

He doesn't need 25% from fct, he needs a minimum of 25% from 24 states.

If candidate can have 25% in 23 state plus fct but if he has 24, he doesn't need fct.

There are 19 states in the North and 6 in South west, APC will get minimum of 25%, he doesn't need Fct.

Why do you think Buba Galadima had to hurriedly make a video and why do you think PDP had to hurriedly begin pressuring inec to declare Atiku winner simply because they have their own so called results from exit polls that shows that Atiku is leading.
