Ofunaofu:
Such level of maturity from Peter Obi needs to be studied
Reno is using Peter Obi's name to make money on Twitter and other of his social media accounts unknown to Obidients. The more he attacks Obi, the more impression and traffic he gets and ultimately the more money he makes. Na Obidients dey give Reno food, If you tell them this, they won't listen. So Reno can't stop attacking Obi because Obidients give him energy and 💵

Many Obidients commenting on his posts daily are too dum.b not to realize this.

Attn: @OfficialDSSNG, @PoliceNG
I think it's high time you pulled in this clown.
• He did the right thing by seeking power through the ballot box. That's legal!

• He managed to win some and lost the most. Fair enough!

• Then, his running mate and other unpatriotic Angry Birds, began to instigate our youth to violence.

• But our Noble and patriotic youth completely ignored them, because sensible youth in Nigeria, are more in number than his headless mob.

• Knowing he had no leg to stand on, he allowed himself to be foolishly led to the Tribunal by #Cashactivists, to pursue issues already decided by the Supreme Court, years ago.

• Then they tried using the Labour movement to call for (WARNING?) strikes around the PEPT judgement day. It failed woefully. Kudos to our youth population!

•This man, @PeterObi, continues to instigate his headless and consequently, brainless followers to a violent change of government. I have never seen a more desperate individual.

• There's something sinister and ominous about a man who came 3rd in a race and wants to be declared the winner, AT ALL COST!

• I think it's high time he was pulled in to answer a few questions. Nigerians want to know why Peter Obi, is this desperate.

●Pull him in, heavens will not fall📍
God bless Nigeria.
A very ugly vulture. Dash me this ugly thing with 100 million I'll still reject her. Tueh!
Politics › Re: Okonjo Iweala World Trade Org & Akinwumi Adeshina Which Is Beneficial To Nigeria by id911(m): 5:47pm On Sep 11, 2023
OAFMods:
I was just arguing with some of my Igbo friends who love to brag about Okonjo Iweala being DG of WTO taking selfie with Biden and I asked almost 3 years of what benefit is Okonjo Iweala as DG without being able to influence a single trade compare to Adeshina Akinwumi of regional Africa Development Bank who keep issuing various grant loan supporting Nigeria ?

Pls Nairalanders can you share your unbiased opinion which is beneficial to Nigeria African and the world at large btw the two ?
Comparing someone that controls trade all over the world and the President of an insignificant trade entity like Africa? Africa trade is just a little more or less than 5% of world trade, they contribute virtually nothing.

So many dum.b people in Nigeria.

I don't even understand what people are saying. If she was your daughter would you take the nonsense?

So if your 12 year old daughter folds pant with poop and it smells you would condone that behaviour.

If she beats her 6 year old brother with belt head till he has to be treated you will condone such behaviour.

Your 12 year old daughter cannot clean the vomit of the younger one if the parents are not around.

You no go flog the rubbish out of her head?

Reason why I don't advice people to take other people's children in, the nonsense they can't take from their own children they would be expected to condone it.

You can NEVER discipline a child living with you and be right, you will always be at fault.

So a 12 year old doesn't know it's wrong to fold pants with poop, also doesn't know it's wickedness to flog with Iron head of belt.

Send the girl back abeg. If it's your daughter you know how you will handle the MATTER, if you discipline her now you will be a WICKED UNCLE.

SEND HER BACK.

Every body go dey form child right advocate for Nairaland, Radarada.

Politics › Re: Niger: ECOWAS Won’t Allow Anyone To Insincerely Buy Time, Tinubu Tells US Envoy by id911(m): 7:51am On Aug 27, 2023
ebola should invade Niger and allow us to hear word. America was thinking it would be easy in Afghanistan but Afghans were strongly in support of the Talibans and today, after many years, we know how far. Anyone who jokes with the government the people strongly supports is a big fool.

Raheeqilmaktoom:
Algeria with impressive military capabilities is against use of force.

Algeria shares border with Niger (a weak state for a very long time), Libya (with different warlords controlling parts of the country) and Mali (the sahel's poster child of instability) yet, Algeria has been able to keep their troubles away.

But Nigeria with a 1000km border with Niger (thats unmanned) is thinking of military interventions and some idiots are cheering on the idea because they feel they are doing northerners.

Those cheering on the idea and daily urging their brother Tinubu to go to war with Niger despite the dire consequences are from South West only.
Foreign Affairs › Algeria Rejects Foreign Military Intervention In Niger by id911(op): 4:53pm On Aug 07, 2023
Aug 6 (Reuters) - Algeria is categorically against any military intervention in Niger, Ennahar TV said late on Saturday citing President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.

"A military intervention could ignite the whole Sahel region and Algeria will not use force with its neighbours," Tabboune said in an interview with local media.

"A military intervention could ignite the whole Sahel region and Algeria will not use force with its neighbors," Tabboune said in an interview with local media on Saturday.

"No solution is possible in Niger without the participation of Algeria, as it is concerned by what is happening in this neighboring country," he said

That's the right thing to do. I transferred one domain to spaceship recently, had an inbound sale at GoDaddy. If I had known I would have renewed it at old registrar.

Now, two months wait time.

That's why I laugh at mumus supporting fuel subsidy removal for the masses. Whatever amount they successfully divert away from the masses will one way or another ends in their pockets.
I mean, why should an oil producing nation not enjoying fuel (kerosine, diesel and petrol) subsidies? First of its kind among all the oil producing countries!
Now, people with personal cars can't go to work in it. And the people who removed subsidy are still getting fuels free of charge or paying for it with our common resources. grin grin grin
.
The ruling class removed subsidy to use the money to continue to enjoy themselves since revenue was declining.

There are too many dumb people in Nigeria supporting their oppressors daily because of tribe and religion.

Tinubu definitely won't put deadline on old currency.

He is an accountant who knows how these things work.

New naira and old naira will operate side by side till old naira vanishes from the system naturally.
There's no new Naira notes anywhere probably less than 10% of currency in circulation. I hardly see it.

Politics › Re: 1888 Census Of Lagos Colony Showing The Indigenous People Of Lagos by id911(m): 2:01pm On Jun 11, 2023
Creeper:
Things to note:

- Yoruba = Oyo
- Oke-Odan = Egba (most likely Owu-Egba since there’s also Egba in the census).
- Jebu = Ijebu
- Ketu = Yorubas from Republic du Benin
- Popo = another group of Yorubas from Republic du Benin + Ogus (Eguns).
- Lagos = Saros and Amaros.

Finally, it shows almost Yoruba subgroups have always been in Lagos, from Ijeshas, to Egbas, to Aworis, to Oyos, to Ijebus, to Ondo, to Ife, all the way to Yorubas from Republic du Benin and most likely Togo. The only non-Yorubas who co-existed with Yorubas albeit in very small numbers were Tapas (Nupes) and Hausas.
The socalled census you referred to wasn't actually Lagos because Lagos as at then was a very tiny island. It was around 1967 or I think after the war due to state creation that so many independent places were cut and added to what it's now known as Lagos today.
