By the NBS poverty ranking, it shows that poverty in Enugu state is almost 60%, way above national average. It is now very clear why Enugu indigenes are moving to Anambra in droves for greener pasture where poverty is as low as 14%. LOL

Innoson lives in Nnewi, he may have house there. Ekwueme was living in Enugu when Enugu was the capital of old Anambra. So they got there by default.

Obi was born and brought in Onitsha and has always lived in Onitsha, likewise most of those people you mentioned. Zik lived at Onitsha, but he only went to Nsukka when he built that school there.

Population of Anambra is bigger by twice the population of Enugu state, which means most people including Anambra, Enugu, etc preferred Anambra
