Never read Da Vinci's code before or seen it. its on my to-watch list though. If you go to NL's Religious section and witness an atheist argument your faith will be eclipsed if you're not strong lol. But then faith comes (and yes increases) by hearing and hearing by the word of God. *in Pastors Chris voice* go for the word!

From kogi state polytechnic lokoja. The call up letter will be ready as from tomorrow. 18th of june 2013.

3 1 pack of 3 in 1 lux premiums wit free pen init , 1 pack of 3 in 1 comfort V-neck shirt, 2 packs of 3 in 1 lux premiums vests( singlate) wit free pen init , 1 pack of white handkerchief.

6. Cotton board, two pieces of toothbrush, Roberts antiseptic disinfectan, close-up, 4 pieces of Dettol cool soap, 6 pieces of B-29 bar soap, Jumbo detergent( 1kg), maliza spray and Roll-on, BOD fragrance for man, Pears lotion, soulmate hair treatment.
7. Bedspread and blanket, mosquito net, Towel.
8. Few provisions ( Milo, Peak tin, corn flakes(2 packs), st.louis sugar etal).
9. Extra battery for my smart phone and 16 gigs memory card.
10. Got some crazy hot drinks in my bar hoping they'll grant dem entrance into camp, tho I'm no weed puffer but I chew it.

Got everything scattered in my room atm wit my Mak's Box widely opened waiting impatiently to consume them.

school opened yesterday, with only academic and non academic staff on campus, call up letters is not the problem since its comin from Abuja, lets hope their statement of results were not in the burnt offices.
All the same the will be a way out.

Community Development Service is
another aspect of the National Youth
Service Corps Scheme. It comprises
welfare services and projects by corps
members aimed at improving the lots
of their host community. The idea is to
afford corps members the
opportunity for greater communal
involvement and interaction through
working with the local community
towards self reliant projects.
The community development service
is equally designed to instil in corps
members, the tradition of dignity of
labour. It is important to know that
the CDS is as important as the other
cardinal programmes of the NYSC. In
fact, many corps members who had
passed through the scheme have
made marks both at the local and
national levels. Cases abound of those
who secured laurels, awards (local
and national), jobs and the like
because of the wonderful feats they
performed in the area of community
development services.
Nature of Community Development
Service
There are two types of community
development services namely: Group
CD and personal CD. No matter your
status in the society, as long as you
are undergoing the national service,
you must participate in the group CD
which is also known as the general
CD.
Group Community development:
This is a process whereby on selected
days of the week (in most cases either
Thursday or Friday) corps members
doing their primary assignment within
a local government area or locality,
come together as a group to embark
on any project that would better the
lots of their host community. For
instance, the local government
authorities in the area may decide to
embark on the construction of market
or classroom blocks. With the corps
members present in the area, it
becomes easier for such a project to
be executed with relative ease and at
minimal cost. Since the corps
members are of different areas of
study, the problem for sourcing for
labour would not arise. Apart from
that, corps members on their own
may decide to embark on
environmental beautification of an
area to enhance the general outlook.
Personal Community development:
There is the other aspect of
community development service
known as personal CD. As the name
implies, it is personal in the sense that
you are not under compulsion to
embark upon it. It is simply a matter
of choice and an opportunity to excel
and soar above your contemporaries
during the national service year. This
is a golden opportunity available for
one to make a mark or actualize one’s
dreams. All you have to do is take a
close look around your host
community and see how you can
evolve an idea that can improve or
greatly enhance the living standard of
the inhabitants of your host
community.
You are to note that you must not
execute your personal community
development service at the expense of
your primary assignment. That is, your
primary assignment must not suffer
because you are pursing personal
interest.
