The mistake UNILORIN made and led them to confusion!

Actually 2 me I smell politics being played.Either 2 favor their indegenes who didn't make up 2 200.Plus the 40% cut off 2,still 2 make sure it favors their indegenes.Which of cos,look at it,40% isn't that just crazy?when u have over 65,000! Again I believe they just wanted 2 make money!

Why do u think
Cambridge,Yale,MIT are top schools? Becos they can never reduce their criteria 2 suite whoever despite the large amount of applicants not just in US,but all over the world.Why number 1 in the country and the most sought after if you aren't going for the "best in the lot" as the VC termed it.

Well Matthew80,thanks 4 d info.Truth be told,I blame the VC 4 all these confusion! Unilag,Uniben,UI and other top schools went 4 200 as their cut off 4 post utme.For God's sake! Over a hundred thousand applied 4 Unilorin.You already know that the school cannot cater 2 all these aspirants.(No offence 2 all those that scored below 200)but the truth needs 2 be told.Shudn't the VC be looking 4 ways 2 slice the figures when he knows he had a quota 4 15,000 which unfortunately 4 him was slashed to 7,800.Why allow over 65,000 to compete 4 such a limited space.Shudnt u be using competition 2 drastically reduce the figures,after all Unilorin is the most sought after school! But instead He was quoted saying "I wud av even conducted for more than that figure if I had my wishes" He further said that the reason for such was 2 get the best out of the ridiculously large figure....Already Jamb has given u the best,so what best are u still talking?


Lastly,if the 30,000 that scored above 200 were the ones that did post utme.Do you think it wud have been hard 2 pick 15,000 or 12,000 or even 7,800 as compared to 65,000.Do you think the school wud be in this state of confusion?

You needed attention from relevant authorities on NL,Unilorin and others.Instead of us to be writing relevant stuffs on the newly created thread ment 2 seek attention,some are busy "buying space" others writing unimportant stuffs.For God's sake! That is the front page! It shud contain your agitations,pains and all.And then the mods wud see that it is really a serious issue.But you guys are busy calling on the mods on a frontpage!!!

If someone visits that page now,aside from the main topic.Every comment(Aside from mine and Khassy's) is just unnecessary and totally irelevant for a front page and a topic intended to be taken serious.

Last year and previous years.Jamb had deadlines for schools over admission related issues for that session.Why is this year different.Unilorin is stalling the admission of aspirants with no reasons given for their action.What renowned school that does that?

I think it's only fair and not going beyond our boundries to demand an explanation for the delay if the list is not coming soon.We deserve this.It is our right Mr Ambali.Cos decision not taken and decision taken,affects we the aspirants.Thank you!
