RESPONSIBILITIES

 Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.

 Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.

 Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes.

 Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts.

 Approach potential customers to establish relationships
Gain solid knowledge of competitors.

 Identifying opportunities for greater profits.


 Follow up on customer's requests such as pay in cheque, process transactions.

 Update new deposits and new accounts on the system daily.

 Provision and safe keeping of customers’ information and files.

 Cash pick up from the customer for deposit into their account.


QUALIFICATION
 HND, B.Sc, in any related field(Input year of experience needed)
 Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Client Relationships, Creative Services.

 OND/NCE in Finance, Banking or any relevant field

DESIRED SKILLS

 Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
 Excellent communication skills

 Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.

 Teamwork and leadership skills

 Confidentiality and high ethical standards
 Utilization of technology in day to day operations.
