Arsenal can only afford to loan players during the January transfer window and cannot make permanent signings, says manager Unai Emery.
The Gunners, who signed five first-team players in the summer window, have been strongly linked with a move for Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez .
"I don't know now his [Suarez's] situation but we can only sign on a loan," Emery said.

"We cannot sign permanently. We can only loan players."

Nigeria's win over Iceland on Friday earned him a new nickname in Argentina - Lionel Musa.

But the Super Eagles' World Cup hero has warned that his new-found hero status in South America will be short-lived.
Barcelona star Lionel Messi has long been regarded as the 'greatest of all time' by devoted fans but some Nigerian supporters have now told Argentina's faithful that "our GOAT is better than your GOAT".

Musa's heroics kept Argentina's hopes alive heading into their final Group D game, although they must beat Nigeria on Tuesday - and better Iceland's result against Croatia - to avoid an early exit.

After scoring twice against Iceland, Ahmed Musa has more goals in this World Cup than the likes of Messi, Sergio Aguero, Edison Cavani and Luis Suarez.
Messi had 11 shots in Argentina's opener against Iceland without scoring, as did Cristiano Ronaldo when Portugal faced the so-called 'minnows' in Euro 2016. But Musa scored twice from three shots on Friday.

As well as scoring twice against Argentina in 2014, Musa scored another double in a pre-season friendly against Barcelona in 2016, just after Leicester signed him from CSKA Moscow.

"Whenever I play against Argentina, or whenever Messi is playing against me, I score," said the 25-year-old.
"Four years ago I scored two goals. When I transferred to Leicester City and we played against Barcelona I scored another two goals, so I think in the next game anything can happen. Possibly, I'm going to score another two goals."

Arsenal have wasted no time in moving on from Jack Wilshere ’s departure by closing in on a £26.3million deal for Sampdoria midfielder Lucas Torreira .

Wilshere confirmed on Tuesday in an emotional Instagram post that he would be leaving the Gunners after 17 years after failing to receive assurances from new head coach Unai Emery over his role in the team. Prior to the Spaniard’s appointment, he had indicated he would sign a new deal.



However, Emery is keen to reshape Arsenal’s midfield without him and Torreira, currently at the World Cup with Uruguay, looks set to be at the heart of his new-look side after Sampdoria president Massimo Ferrero claimed a transfer had been finalised.
“Torreira has left for €30m [£26.3m],” he told Italian television station TMW. “I bought him from Pescara when nobody believed in him. We took a gamble on him and we won, paying just £2.75m.”

While Ocheni from Kogi State was made the Minister of State for Labour, Hassan who hails from Gombe State became the Minister of State for Power, Works and Housing, leaving the Ministry of Environment without a senior minister and the power and works ministry with two ministers of state.

Ocheni replaced the former Minister of State for Labour, Mr. James Ocholi, who lost his life in a ghastly motor accident along the Abuja-Kaduna road on March 16, 2016, while Hassan replaced Ms. Amina Mohammed who until her appointment as the United Nations (UN) Deputy Secretary-General, was the Minister of Environment.
