hello house, pls house i need help urgently. i am having a serious nagging issue and i know the best way to solve it is to share and am asking the gurus in the house to also help out. below is the problem even though i have sent binary dot com an email and below is the email:



pls i cant use the interface. its been quite sumtime that i used my account to trade so just yesterday, i funded it and wanted to trade but after i usually log in, and i click on trade or start trading, there wont be anything there. i.e the place that has the currency pair, time duration, payout or stake, get prices etc. that page would be blank.but if you were to log out, they would be showing pls what d problem ? also i tried to teach my younger about binary so i created a demo account for him( am even typing from his system) but when i logged in, the page still showed blank. pls what should i do. but if there was no log in, cos am using firefox, it would be showing.


also i have java and adobe. i am in hope sumbody answers me and pls do not mind the plenty typo errors

I normally trade 15 minutes time frame and set alarm to alert me every 15 minutes to check whether i have valid set up.

i donn't advice beginner binary traders to trade randoms, its as futile as chasing the winds. The algorithms have been designed to give the brokers unfair advantages. If truly you are tired if fx, take a break from options and try out other venture.

your name does not match the bank account name you provided. so if you wrote three names... make sure it is three too... exactly like your bank account name.


also try and make sure that your address is the same as the one you used to open your bank account since they will request for your bank account statement.
