It's dirtiness to expel any form of waste, solid, liquid or gas within the sense range of another.

It is called MANDATORY military service upon turning 18. Nigeria can convert NYSC to such instead of making youths serve the nation twice. It’s more logical the way I put it.

NYSC wasn't introduced to fight insecurity at first.

Mandatory millitary service equally violates all human right corolaries.

Shortage of personnel could also occasion such but not for subjects bothering regional insecurity... It is a national scheme to forster unity. One for all graduates not exactly millitary wanna-bes.

We don't pray the insecurity becomes a full scale national issue.

Who says we don't have enough millitary strength to combat all of these?

A climate change summit is open to everybody, it is not a Govt-only summit. Several states sent their delegates, private businesses, NGOs were all represented, does it mean FG is sponsoring them?. If my business is directly involved in climate change activities and I got clearance from the Government to attend the summit, does it mean the Govt is sponsoring me?. Abeg, Obi needs exposure and education, his 3rd class mentality is really affecting him. No wonder, Gov Soludo says they need to gather committee of friends to send Obi to a rehab.

If it adds value to our system then it is worth all the figures.

With Climate change as the subject, Industralization, population and transportation should be the key determinants of the number of representatives in the first place.

China being 1st in numbers for all reasons is fitting enough.
Nigeria coming 3rd should be for reasons of population and transportation only.

Peter Obi's comments were solely based on industralization in the background; not holistic enough.
