And the main reason for the weightiness of this matter, is that you need to be alive and physically fit to enjoy love or romance. In fact to enjoy life, you need to be fit-fully alive.

Yea, genotype, blood group, viral diseases.. are very pertinent to check.

But don't forget to really dig into his or her medical profile IF YOU CAN OR AS MUCH as you can. (there are clues or ways to do this, maybe I can share in another post).

For example-
#Is there any hereditary disease in the family? any sign of that coming up already, sooner or later?
#Diabetes?
#Hyper or hypotension (BP issues)?
#Fibroid?
#Any obvious and recurring medical pattern?
#......?

You see, an apple does not fall too far from its tree. So before you pluck that beautiful flower that is given you butterflies in your tummies, try to look beyond the stem and see if you can find the root.

And when you do find certain things at the root level, do not leave it to when we get to that bridge we will cross it. Rather as much as you can cross examine and assess before you jump into the marital unison.

I don't think it is news that gambling addiction is fast becoming a menace and disease with upsurge of all kinds of betting companies. Economic situations aren't helping as well, coupled with poor education.

In pursuit of how to regain soundness from this addiction and remain out of its treacherous grip, I realized having a support community does a great deal.

Please, does anyone know of any gambling anonymous or support group for gambling addicts in Nigeria?

This makes some sense, I would give it a try cos my brain has been conditioned by the potential of making it fast via betting. But after doing it and it goes south the pain kicks in so I need a new association. And have a taste of the physical pain aligned with my brain signals saying I will lose this money before I actually do.

If that's the case, then I'll suggest you fill your idle time with activities that are engaging . But one sure way of getting rid of betting is to pray and commit yourself to God's mercy by constantly forcing yourself not to bet or stake. I know the temptation will be there but you can overcome it through prayer and determination

I don't have any of the apps, I use a browser to access their site. I play virtual. My work actually takes time and mental effort but in just a split second I can get hooked on this virtual betting.

I have tried this bet blocker app but it is not working.

Bros, only God can deliver you from that thing . But if you really want to be free from the spirit of betting , I suggest you start deleting all betting apps from your phone and engage yourself in more time-consuming activities that can easily kill boredom and financial problems .

It's not that I have free money. Usually I have the plans for every month on notepad before salary enters but immediately alert enters most often betting thoughts and playing virtual kicks in.

The thought now is not even to get rich but to get myself out of the debts of mobile loan shirks and other loans.

I don't want to go near it all whether for relaxation or to make money but the thoughts somehow just streams in.

I would have to deal with the pain I have caused her and perhaps she calling it all off.

I would have to deal with mobile loan apps I borrowed from, one is due already. A friend has promised something little, it may not be able to pay up all for my 'easycredit' debt.

This is where the thought, the bait comes in again- use the 5000naira you have to make the 28000 naira you owe. But, this is not going to happen. I have escaped this snare of the fowler. Even if it is 2000naira I get I would send it like that. This cycle is going to break.

I would have to deal with whatever response I get when I call people for help or loan and when I further I expose my resident evil.

And I would have to deal with other friends/ people that would hear of the extent of my recklessness and feel ehnn so it is this bad, so you are like this.. with other piercing words and cynics. This is my life, it matters and it's precious. Perhaps I deserve what ever judgements I get. One thing I know is this would be the end, I am free.
