But you are not a newbie, and should know that rollover should have been initiated last month (your 5th month). Though it is not late.

Go to the office with your statement of account and other relevant documents, fill the rollover form and you are good to go.

If you can’t go there and you have an account officer that can help you do it, then sure contact that person. Just send in the necessary details and you are good to go.

If you don’t go, next month you would not be paid and your capital would be hanging like ripe mango on a tree.

Why are they not showing their trade history, brokers or their workers? Because the last time I checked into one their offices I just saw a handful of people who careless to answer important questions. Infact, many of the so called forex tutors couldn't answer some basic questions regarding forex trading. All they care about is money and what you stand to gain by investing..
