Why are people calling Tboss a manipulator? Are they following this show at all?

Tboss since yesterday told Kemen they have to talk. Even right up to this morning when she was doing her kitchen cleaning duties, she reminded Kemen about their talk. She's just lucky Kemen happened to win HOH before their talk.
