Hi guys I complained earlier about my mum collecting her passport with no visa and no refusal email.
After numerous calls and emails.BHC called her lastweek and told her that her decision was overturned and that she should return her passport and she just picked her visa this morning

They asked my mum to pickup her passport on the 19th of March no vignette came with it
As of today we are still expecting rejection letter.

I really dont know what to do and I cant make a headway without knowing the reason for her rejection please what do you advice?

I put an application for my mum on the 5th of March and she was told to pickup her passport today.

She took the passport and there was no visa and she dint get any refusal mail.

Please how do we go about it to see why she was refused and make another application.

with 2,500 Pounds, you should not act as a sponsor. However, your Mum's salary is also low.

Do you have another sibling in the UK who can sponsor your Mum?

Unless your Mum has a lot of money saved somewhere over a long period of time..

You didn't indicate if she has any savings..

She has about 5 million savings in another account and this is over years

I am trying to make an application for my mother to come and visit me in Birmingham Uk.She is a level 16 officer working with lagos state government for over 25 years.She is been paid 280,000N and she has a second job with an online store where she responds to orders and she is been payed 100,000N monthly she has a closing balance of about 2,290,000.She has been to Egypt and has a Canada/American denial.

I just finshed my university and recently had my brp changed in January to skull worker Visa and I recently got a job with the Uk civil service in the department for transport.Prior to that I worked in my Uni and started doing support work in September.I have about 2500 pounds in savings.

Please I need detailed help on how to put an application for my mum she wants to come visiting in March for graduation I have gotten a letter for her as well if not she doesnt mind visiting during the Easter Holiday.

I sent it through royal mail after I made the payment from bank.
You can’t transfer from your bank app you need to go to bank.

Okay thanks after making the payment for the two way courier and transmission fee i can drop off at royal mail.
Just to confirm is it the same account that both payment goes too

Choose the visa type you applied for ,
Then fill in every details they ask .
(Skip consultant IRCC number , if you didn’t use an IRCC consultant to apply)
Then tick that you agree consent and disclaimer.
Go ahead and click next ,
You’d be asked if you want to attach a doc to the webform ,
Choose yes .
Then upload the new international passport page .
And you’re done .
Another day (repeat same step) upload again
Maybe 2 more times on different days back to back.
That’s all .
They’d update it .
And No, it’s not too late .

I just got an approval and request for my original passport this morning.

I am really concerned for mum though is there a way to send then a web message i just realised that the response to the fairness procedure dint upload but my agent lied.

Also I relocated to the uk and my nigerian passport is expired on the process for renewal what do you advise?

I received another correspondence letter today,Also my mum applied with me however she made a mistake of saying she has never been refused a visa to the US,they sent a letter for procedural fairness which i responded too and just this morning they sent a correspondence letter and a refusal am just so confused.

I got a correspondence letter 19th of April,i have tracked on the tracker no visa number and the likes no ppr,eligibility completed.background in progress.Bearing in mind I applied November 2021,tourism visa to give birth through an agent.

First of all, I’m sorry about this refusal.

I just went through the attached document now and I think the issue is from the breakdown of the money part.
Total amount of money you want to spend in two weeks is almost your per annum salary if I’m not mistaken, did you use oanda to calculate while filing your forms ?
Savings of £5000 and additional annual income of 5 million Naira do these two reflect in the activities of the account?

I don’t think the ECo had a problem with your husband supporting you , I think the problem is from the breakdown of funds you gave.

Please everyone add your two cents and corrections to my remarks.

Please how do I use the oanda to calculate for future purpose.

I am super sad as this my first time applying to UK, I did my biometric 29th of October and I got a refusal mail on the 2nd of Novemeber(priority).
However i feel upset as the consuler did not go through my supporting document infact he made a mistake in his explanation.I clearly stated that I was going to spend 1,200,000 for my trip and in his response he wrote 2,000,000 which I clearly and obviously dint write.I also stated that my husband was going to support with 1m which he transferred to my account and he attached a letter with his signature and stamp.
I also attached my salary account as well as piggyvest and investment account.
I would like to know the next step to take as I even typing this I am yet to get a collection mail from Tls.
I would like for the critics to help look at my information and let me know where i went wrong.
