Politics / Re: Tinubu Will Only Win One State In The North. by Igba123: 8:04pm On Nov 26, 2022
donphilopus:

This should be my last comment on this thread but I'd try to school you on the north central. You can continue to delude yourself about Atiku clearing other parts of the north as if you're too dull to see that Abiola almost tied Tofa if not even defeating him in the core north in 1993. I know most of you are teenagers here but the results are online.

As for the north central, I have at least three friends who are Obidiend and reside in different parts of Niger State. I told them I was informed that Kwankwaso would win the state, they said with things on ground right now, Tinubu should win while Kwankwaso should come second. They said Atiku might drag the second with Kwankwaso. Kwara is sure for Tinubu. The Ebiras are fully with APC while the Okuns are Yoruba's and fully ready to vote Tinubu. The most popular politician in Igala land today is Echocho and he's with APC and the deputy governor who's from Olamaboro is mobilizing for Tinubu.

Let's go to Nasarawa State where Obi's campaign badly flopped. Tinubu has Almakura, Abdullahi Adamu and governor Sule with him and even their Emir endorsed him. Tell me who would deliver Nasarawa for Obi?! Despite the Fulani killings in Benue before the Presidential elections in 2019, Atiku's margin of victory there was so small. Today he would still get some votes while Obi would get some as well. Tinubu is clearly winning Benue. If you doubt me, ask Kyase who's on ground. Plateau is a battleground while Obi may likely win FCT.

Now tell me how Obi would win north central with just FCT and or maybe Plateau (which is practically impossible)? When next you're typing rubbish, please look for your kind. I'm not gullible. I've been following politics since. I can share you a link of my predictions for 2019 presidential elections. Stop being emotional and face reality.

Lemme add this, if Kwankwaso doesn't step down for Tinubu before the elections, Tinubu would win at least six out of the 13 NW/NE states but if he steps down Tinubu would win at least 8.

You guys would just come online to type nonsense. That was how y'all swore that Atiku would divide Buhari's northern votes because he's a northerner. That's the same mistake you guys are making. Because he's a northerner he would win the north? You're not serious. Northerners have said this is a payback time. They're massively queueing behind and voting massively for Tinubu.
as usual, writing from the comfort of your home in Emure ile in in Info state. Telling us about big politicians who are apc who must hypnotize their people to vote Tinubu whether they like it or not. You think everybody is a political slave like you. I'm living and working in part of niger state populated by Muslims. Your friend in niger have his prediction based on the number of posters and billboard he sees forgetting that the government here is apc, hence the posters.

Majority of you know nothing about politics. When Babacha Lawal was Sect to Fg. How many votes did he bring to PMB in his local Govt in ADAMAWA? Did he win his own local govt for Apc as a Sect to FG? Capital No. Lawal remains inconsequential
Go to kwara and Borno and talk of the large population, and yet the large population is not enough to deliver them the Govship position.

Most of una never comot for una local govt areas before
The reason Obi will never become a President in Nigeria. Una agenda is clear enough. Everything is about Christian votes. You just said it in your post above.
Una divide and rule politics will not work. Una come to North to seek northern support, you go to south and deceive people with Christian votes

Dogara, A former speaker with electoral value has told you, on live Tv that Babacha is on his own
Babacha Lawal and Kenneth Okonkwo with no electoral value will continue to fool you
for the record, Mr Lawal didn't say he would get vote for Obi, instead, he said most Christian communities in the northdon't want to hear any other name except Obi. This is what informed his endorsement of Mr Obi. So try to understand a write up b4 arguing blindly. He is in the north east and I'm in a village in niger state and the story is the same.
FYI. Obi doesn't need to win kwara, kogi, niger, etc to be the president but only 25%. This is presidential election and not gubernatorial we are talking about here.

Wonderful! That means the Igbos on their own can produce a Nigerian president with 25% voters spread in almost all states of the federation. That's if they put their acts together and plan well eschewing sabotours.

INEC just use BVAs fvck up the whole rigging agenda. Una go surprise say next year, the total votes cast for Kano next year won't reach 3mil even with the 6mil registered voters. BVAs will go a long way to checkmate that sort of rigging mechanism.

Just wait. Una go shock next year. Thiefnubuu will be embarrassed
Kano votes no go reach 2m with bvas. Dem no reach 3m in 2019 with all Dem underage voters and incident form. this election will shut up many boasters of one of being more than entire region's votes.

Politics / Re: 2023: INEC Talks Tough, Says No Underage Person Will Vote On Election Day by Igba123: 10:12am On Nov 21, 2022
bestofnollywood:
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says it will clean up its voter register to address the irregularities observed by Nigerians.

Since the list of voters was made public across polling units and on the commission’s website, Nigerians have raised issues of discrepancies.

Some of the disparities include underage voters who falsified dates of birth and others who appeared to have been registered multiple times.

Although INEC had said it would address the complaints, the criticism mounted in recent days.

Speaking on Sunday in an interview aired on Channels Television, Victor Aluko, INEC’s director of voter registration and publicity, said the commission would ensure that underage persons do not participate in the forthcoming elections.

“I assure you that the register will be cleaned up completely and no underage voter will vote in 2023. After we finish with the claims and objections on Friday, we will be taking in again for further claims based on the complaints of the people,” Aluko said.

“That is why it is important that persons who noticed any issue at all with the register should complain through the right channels where they can be documented.”

He added that INEC’s revision officers would work on all other complaints raised after they are collated.

“If you complain and you do not let us know that complaint, then how do we work on the complaints?” he said.

“That is why I’m saying we take in the register and then we work on the register, and at the end of the day, we have a very clean register as we prepare for the general election.

“And I’m assuring you that no underage person will come to our polling units to come and vote on election day.”

I am waiting till he goes to the mosque in the core north. If he doesn’t, then he is highly sentimental, religious bigot, tribalistic and not fit to be president of Nigeria. We want a president that can visit anywhere in Nigeria and Tinubu is that man.
Obi is a practicing Christian and has no business in the mosque because he is not a Muslim. He can't worship in the mosque, that will make him a hypocrite. He will meet the Muslims where he should but certainly not in the mosque.

Pension from the state, or has allocated land to himself, or didn't make the investment he claimed to have made while governing Anambra state. I only saw where he said PO will not win. Is that the fact? Do you really know the meaning of fact? I also see his claim that PO investment is worth next to nothing NOW, not as at the time PO made it.

I have been in the north since 1989 and I can tell you for free that the hausas trust the Igbos more than they trust the Yoruba. Ask any hausa man what they call the yorubas and what they mean. Soludo has messed himself up big time, I don't see him returning for a second term as governor .

He has succeded in destroying the little love that people ha for him by hating on Peter Obi at this critical time of our national lives

I was highly disappointed so is everyone else

Even soludo son attacked his father for allowing hate and envy becloud his sense of reasoning against an innocent Peter Obi

I think the only thing soludo should do right now to save the little respect he has left is to apologies to Peter Obi
soludo plays politics of emotion. Lacks tactfulness. You can't fight Obi as an Igbo man at this time, and expect to emerge Victorious
