They don't know that Niger state is like KD in terms of Christian/ Muslim struggle for dorminance. Niger used to be Muslim gov/ Christian deputy and vice versa until 2007. APC wanted to return it in 2015 only for PDP to choose mu-mu ticket making APC to revert to mu-mu ticket too.
