Stability of electricity will sort out a lot and open up the country. That national grid nonsense is just archaic.

Let SS use gas to power their electricity
SW use their IPP project
SE use coal
NORTH and MB use all the dams, shiroro, kainji etc with wind and sunlight.

Once we have power, companies will thrive, provide employment and states can get company and income tax etc.

The project is actually pretty ok I had to skimmed through it. Basically it's supposed to help Nigeria's industrialization efforts. Then increase Nigeria's presence in down down stream then upstream later. What factory are they looking to build currently.
