The latter being very unpredictable and quite sarcastic, don't indulge him if you have no patience.

Just as the writer rightfully said, breaking out of any addiction is the most easiest thing one can do, firstly just note that those addictions doesn’t have control over you but rather you do have control over those addictions. Once your mind is been positioned on that, then the rest should be an histroy.
