I have a strong conviction that nobody in this city is actually a paid NYSC staff who have the responsibility of providing such information on a minute-by-minute basis as you may be expecting; thereby making our informant to be reliant on information from fellow PCMs.

I believe if you follow through on previous comments and pages, you will find useful information as regards your quest.
