Also, I did not order the replacement, support emailed that I will get replacement. dustmalik: Any reason you don't want to buy directly from Starlink? |

Hey guys,
I complained about my internet speed on Tuesday and Starlink sent me a gem 3 yesterday (Thursday). This is the second replacement they are giving me for free. Cannot complain.
My question is, how to install the gen 3 antenna. It’s got no mount and it’s difficult to drive nails through the nail holes |

You dey answer people wey them never born during Abacha era? Please ask them to google something called Abacha stove. At least now we dey complain say gas dey expensive. Who get gas for house, or even stove during Abacha time? grandstar: I doubt petrol was N18 during Abacha's government.
Anyway, how much was the minimum wage? Around 1,200.
A plate of food then was N30. That 1,200 then could buy you 40 plates of food.
Today, a plate of food is N1,000. So, 30 plates of food will be N30,000.
Minimum wage today is N70,000. That will buy you 70 plates of food today.
That means the minimum wage today is twice that in real terms what it was during Abacha's government.
I was a corper when died in office. |

This is so me. Education is the only tool to reshape our future. Problem is our people are too selfish. People who benefit from all other things will fight you tooth and nail. If I can become president, I am not building any roads, I’d focus on education, and health. Maybe social support if we can afford it. This will set the country backwards but it will assure us that in 20 years we will bounce back. All other things will be private sector led. If you want build road, get license from govt, build your road and tax your road. madridguy: The first thing I will do is making education free and compulsory for every Nigerians. Both old and young must get access to quality education.
Quality education is the bedrock of every nation that dreams of greatness. |

End of discussion. I don't even understand how any sane government will allow kidnapping to thrive. The one that confuses me the most is the one done via transfer, like with NIN, BVN, ID, nepa bill and account KYC, how can govt not trace whosoever received the money? Even if it was distributed? I know it is complicated but despite all, 9 out of 10 kidnappings should be solved within 24 hours of ranson payment. MasterJayJay: Kidnapping is the easiest crime to solve.
The ransom is the bait. Aided with a tracker, kidnappers should be arrested with 24 hours.
The rise in kidnapping incidents is a failure on the part of government.
No kidnapper should last in the business of kidnapping for more than 1 month if government is ready to fight crime. |

I know Project 2025 was an election tool, Do you think they will push for it post victory? BloomingDale: Have you read Project 2025? One of the key point is that educated white women are having less babies, and the white man wants the white woman at home making babies. Summarized in one sentence. |

Can you please explain how white women are enjoying DEI the most? And why they are been fired with the removal of DEI? BloomingDale: Yeah. Trump is killing all social services like SNAP, Section 8, DEI, Affirmative action, etc.
The group that benefited most from DEI were white women, then white men, Latino/hispanics and so on. They thought it were mainly black people that benefited from it. Meanwhile black people were the least beneficiary. Now white women are crying all over social media saying they are getting fired enmasse. lol. |

I was going to say this. She is still young, you can still teach her. Most importantly, na make she dey successful dey most important, tctrills: You are very lucky, she is still a child and at this stage, she can learn anything you want her to. Maths is very important and she needs to be good at it, no excuse. But you the parent needs the advice not her. The question you should be asking yourself is, what is the best learning method for her. You mentioned that she had a weak background in mathematics so I suggest you go back to the basics. Go as far back as you need. Start from primary 1 mathematics if needs be. Slowly build that background and she will grow from there. Also, set a target of 10 maths problems a day for her with a price at the end of each month she meets her goal. Do this and come back in a year to post about her progress. |

My analysis was even more optimistic that this 😆 43Ronin: Bro you are right but your analysis is wrong. At $23 you get close to $3400 gross not net. Lol. Let us do d maths. Take taxes from d $23 you probably have $18 net per hour multiply that by 8 hours daily =144 × 5 days a week thats $720. Biweekly = $1,440. Now there is a night premium and even if you add OT, OT is still taxed & belive you can't work 12 hr shifts for a week in Amazon you go die troway . The work is low paying for the type of labor but at least it will settle bills if the person lives modestly. But yea na paycheck to paycheck |
Career › Re: Lady Reveals How She's Earning 40k Per Hour With An Overnight Job (Photos) by iguita: 3:39pm On Nov 12, 2024 |
It’s funny. This amounts to $4k per month after taxes. Not a lot of money in the US. Coipled woth working 12 hours per day which would mount to her not been able to do another job. Really not a lot. If she pays 1,500 for rent, 1k for upkeep, 1k for bills. She’d be left with $500. Good for a single person, if you have spouse and kids, $4k would be nothing. Except if your spouse is making the same thing though. Not bad, but not something to be very excited about. Ringstonemasks: Taxes and high cost of living will down d money faster than bolt of lightening...
House rent could be from $2000 upwards, food, groceries, water bills, electric bills, Internet connection, loans on car and phone, fuel, clothing, all these will down d money
Plus Nigerian people calling her for money.
