The truth is that there is no other way to do the job of presidential spokesperson other than the way Femi is doing it, which is not different from how President Reuben Abati and Doyin Okupe defended Jonathan or how FFK and the same Doyin Okupe defended Obasanjo or even how Kayleigh McEnany stubbornly defended President Trump.

A presidential spokesperson is basically a believer in the person of the president. He is the president's defender-in-chief and attack dog depending on circumstances.

We are looking at having our second journey at the same time. Wifey is yet to apply for visa. Have you applied? We are using the same hospital and doctor as the first time.

I am surprised at the uproar this issue is causing. Firstly, this man spoke his personal opinion. So it should not count compared to if he was speaking for Christians or for the Catholic church he represents. Secondly, he did not call for a coup, he said if a Christian was in power and did this, a coup would have happened. The uproar tells a couple of things.
1. This man is relevant
2. What he is saying is touching nerves. This means there is some truth in what he is saying.
