I just called customer service lines for both First Bank and GTBank, and quite surprisingly they don't have a clue on new e-dividend portal registration (E-DMMS) Some banks website have the forms. Find that of your registrar here, download, print, fill the form and take it to your bank. http://www.fcmb.com/customer/downloadable-forms |

*** Only a fool will buy FCMB tomorrow ***** Your strategy is different from that of another. As at 1pm today am sure you would be calling ALL the 0.68 buyers fools. |

moshino: First, you said you have 100k to invest, now you're saying you have 500k to invest. Serious people with the info and knowledge you seek may not see you as serious and sincere. And before you invest your money, usually you'll need time, efforts and patience to study various investment vehicles and determine which one is best suited for your situation and goals. I think two people asked almost the same question. Exclusiveoloori (500k) and Braaad (100k). Going through the previous comments will help newbies cos it contain answers to most of the questions. |

You can keep waiting for Govt and don't do the needful . SMH. You are still far. Companies/investors are out to make money. They don't come to countries where the government of the day is not serious. Let's not change the topic of thread. Josh121: What do you need dollars for that you can get it in Nigeria ? Start thinking about Naira and stop thinking about dollar I can start thinking about the naira when the government plays it roll by making the environment favorable for investors. Power(electricity) still remains one of the major problem of the country. A country that imports more than what it produce. The market (population) is there for manufacturers but the environment sucks. |

ufotty2001: I may likely sell my fcmb @ loss!!! Just 4% loss!!! Fcmb is now a penny stock!!! Whether u like it or not!!! If the 4% is at 0.92 is easy to avoid the loss. TARGET, AVERAGE DOWN AND TAKE OFF. If I don't need the cash urgently, I will not do what you plan to do or what I suggested if I were you. |

With Tbills, you are exposed to less risk though the profit is low. It all depends on how much risk you are willing to take with your capital. |

Made payment to the skye bank account a week ago through online transfer. You can contact them to confirm to be sure if you have doubts. |

stokfrick: Exactly my thoughts! They make the rules such that they can exploit it to suit themselves. Just look at d very strong bid right now on DAT stock. Yet it can't even move. That's d height of manipulation!! And some one is here talking of rules!! Without rules do you think the market can stand? Do you remember when the said stock was on free fall, but could not fall more than a particular price in a day. When a rule favours people, they hardly complain but when it is against them ..... Bros if you wan become the market maker come and have it |

rebekah2011: Why do guys want to buy coys making losses? There are good stocks like GTB, Zenith, APR and Dangote Cement. So why play kalo kalo with insurance stocks and penny stocks that will not deliver value now. Some of the so called good stocks is currently over priced (based on the current situation of the market), while some stocks that are called penny stocks now ....( na condition make crayfish bend) Look before you leap!!! |
