House, please for those that are using morgan capital Itrade, i want to know their minimum deposit. That is the minimum capital you can deposit with them before trading on their platform.
As at today 03/02/16, they dont have any minimum deposit attached to account opening.

Now we have to pay more charge.
Message from one of my SB below

In line with CBN circular CBN/GEN/DMB/02/006 which bothers on STAMP DUTIES DEDUCTION AND REMITTANCE, also as a result of federal government need to boost revenue via non oil means, all DMB’s (Deposit Money Banks)and other financial institutions are herewith by law enforced to deduct a sum of =N=50 on all deposits above the sum of =N=1,000 with immediate effect.

The implication of this is that for any deposit above N1,000 made by clients into our account for trading purposes, "stock broker" will be debited by the bank with N50 as stamp duty. Consequently, we shall pass this charge to you in order to bring your actual deposit with us to its reality.

Regards.

I always remember this quote..... "when they get fearful get greedy and when they get greedy get fearful".

What works for one might not work for another.

Edueco you aint alone on Fcmb. I believe the price will bounce back earlier than expected. Though things will get worst in the coming days. My plan is buying a certain number of units each day at the cheapest price possible as the price drops. Harvest time is surely not far away.
Note: This is not an advise

Hallo wonderful peeps of nairaland invest... I wan join the itrade train O. My stockbroker (manual things) dey dull me big time. They sold my stock last Tuesday and up until now I've not been paid + it takes 365 days to execute trades. Do I exit my present stockbroker? What is the procedure for joining itrade? Pls, someone advise. Thanks!
It is true that we pay for the service being provided to us.
I think the only way I can appreciate the good service of a company is by referring them to others. I have only used Morgan capital for "REAL TIME ONLINE TRADING" and there service is good. http://www.morgancapitalgroup.com
Hope I did not break any rule with this post.

i checked my statement with morgan and i noticed the double debit for annual charges.
i have written them but yet to get feedback. What is the update on the debit?

i checked my turnover and meen, if na bank statement that is used to access loan, i go get better money . really made money for them via jijo. i was also happy with most of my trades. surprisingly, the coy i made the most jijo deal is d one that is shaving me now- fcmb.

Just to remind us of a strategy that works for Oracle. During a bearish market, look for the stock that have lost the most without any changing fundermental. They make the most money during the bull. transcorp at 98k comes to mind.
I see fcmb picking up this week.
