New head gasket installed, oil pump/balance shaft installed, timing chain installed. Note there are timing marks for the balance shaft/oil pump.

Every other thing installed in reverse, and engine is sitting on the floor waiting to be installed back in the engine bay.

Work continues on monday morning.

Per trip compensations
In line with recent developments, we will be updating rider fares for the week to ensure your trips and earnings do not reduce this week. To compensate for the change to typical rates, you will get +20% added to fare for each client serviced during this period.

We also take 10% less commission, but for this period we will not collect any commissions, so you will take home more on each trip!

Introducing Dynamic Pricing

We believe this week will be VERY busy and there will be peak demand, and for this, we will introduce dynamic pricing to allow you earn more asides from the per trip bonus.

What does this mean?

You will see a multiplier on the top right of your app to show you how many times the normal rate you will be earning.

For example, if a trip normally costs ₦1000 and the surge multiplier is 1.5x, this means you will earn ₦1500 (before commissions are deducted).

The client will be fully aware of this as they have to accept the trip based on these conditions beforehand
