Seem like you are confusing Netflix with DSTV. Netflix is not a cable service. It an internet based service. You need data to access Netflix, after you have paid for it. Netflix + internet that how it works. No data (internet), no Netflix. This should be common knowledge.

Netflix subscription is just to access their database, you have to use your own data plan for that

Your best bet is to get a provider with a free night browsing plan, and down load at night

Second option is to reduce the streaming quality
There should be sd (480p), HD(720p) fhd(1080p), uhd(4k)

Your ISP is completely separate from your streaming service.

Hi, morning guys. Please do anyone use the Netflix plan (Subscription) here ? Coz I did a standard plan and yet Netflix is eating deep into my data plan.

I streamed, plus download for offline and found out they consumed my mb instead. I thought all streaming and offline download is part of the plan. Please guys am I missing something, I will need more light. Thanks.

let me be honest not all developers visit nairaland that much except for the faffers (*me*) with little projects, I would say try sourcing on twitter or getting through LinkedIn, there are tons of Python Developers here on NL that i've met in person even Farouqlib but the question is ? How free are they for Projects ?
