Len Wiseman to Direct Total Recall

Len Wiseman (Live Free or Die Hard, "Underworld" films) is in final negotiations to direct Columbia Pictures' Total Recall, it was announced today by Doug Belgrad and Matt Tolmach, presidents of Columbia Pictures. The film will be a new, contemporized adaptation of Total Recall, which was based on the story, "We Can Remember It for You Wholesale" by Philip K. Dick. Kurt Wimmer is writing the screenplay. Neal H. Moritz will produce through his Original Film banner.

Commenting on the announcement, Tolmach said, "Len has an incredible love of the genre and a great gift for action. He'll bring a contemporary feel to the film while taking care with everything we love about Philip K. Dick's original story."

Guillermo del Toro Finally Enters the Mountains of Madness

After nearly two months of anticipation and speculation about what movie Guillermo del Toro will direct next, Deadline has come forward to confirm that Universal has given the go-ahead for del Toro's adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft's At the Mountains of Madness, produced by none other than James Cameron and to be del Toro's first movie shot in 3D. Del Toro has been wanting to make this movie for years, but the inordinate cost to make what could be a difficult R-rated period horror movie held it back, but with Cameron involved and Universal giving the thumbs up, the movie might start filming as early as next summer.

Written way back in 1931, Lovecraft's serialized novella dealt with his famed "Cthulhu Mythos," as a geologist leading an Antarctic expedition finds a huge chain of mountains, and on the other side, they find the remains of ancient uncharted life

One of the shirts given away at last weekend's Comic-Con features a mysterious black and white image of what appears to be a Spanish conquistador and, on the back, Guillermo del Toro's name and signature alongside the Legendary Pictures logo.

The image, illustrated by comic book artist Tim Bradstreet, also appears on the artist's Facebook page with the tile El Guerrero (as seen below), though it is unknown if this is the name of the property of simply the title of the piece.

Though del Toro's schedule is one of the busiest in Hollywood, the only recent connection to Legendary dates back to 2008 when director Scott Derrickson reported that that he was going to talk with del Toro about his own project, an adaptation of the 17th century John Milton poem, Paradise Lost.

Paradise Lost would certainly fit the era, though there is little in the original text to suggest conquistadors. The balance of God's Cross and Satan's Ram, however, does fit the theme. A sword is also prominent in the Milton verse, though it is iconic for being aflame, which this one is not.

Aronofsky's Black Swan Gets a Release Date

Fox Searchlight has announced that Black Swan, Darren Aronofsky's follow-up to his Oscar-nominated The Wrestler, will be released in select cities on December 1. This is coming mere days after the film's world premiere was set for the Venice Film Festival in September.

Black Swan is a psychological thriller set in the world of New York City ballet, starring Natalie Portman as Nina, "a featured dancer who finds herself locked in a web of competitive intrigue with a new rival at the company (Mila Kunis)." The official blurb on the movie goes on to say, "Black Swan takes a thrilling and at times terrifying journey through the psyche of a young ballerina whose starring role as the duplicitous swan queen turns out to be a part for which she becomes frighteningly perfect." The film also stars French actor Vincent Cassell.

Danny Boyle's 127 Hours Coming Nov. 5

Fox Searchlight Pictures has set a November 5 release date for Danny Boyle's 127 Hours.

127 Hours is the true story of mountain climber Aron Ralston's (James Franco) remarkable adventure to save himself after a fallen boulder crashes on his arm and traps him in an isolated canyon in Utah. Over the next five days Ralston examines his life and survives the elements to finally discover he has the courage and the wherewithal to extricate himself by any means necessary, scale a 65 foot wall and hike over eight miles before he is finally rescued. Throughout his journey, Ralston recalls friends, lovers (Clemence Poesy), family, and the two hikers (Amber Tamblyn and Kate Mara) he met before his accident. Will they be the last two people he ever had the chance to meet? A visceral, thrilling story that will take an audience on a never before experienced journey and prove what we can do when we choose life.

My younger brother is a youth corper and works in one of this big time communication company, I don’t want to name the company name but they are among the big 2 telecommunication companies in the country.
His boss a married Yoruba/Ibo lady in her late 40s at the company in the department of HR has told him that she wants to sleep frequently with him or else she will make sure he is not retained by the company, she has in the past taken him to several big time hotels in Lagos and also booked hotel accommodation, but my brother always refused to take off his close, the last time just 1 weeks ago she FORCED him to self-service her, suck her and do all sort of things to her but her refused to PENETRATE HER.
We want our younger brother to be retained by the company (The company pays 160K per month after confirmation letter), but we don’t want it to be by this her method of servicing her, please we need advice from decent ladies and men. (No joke comment please).
