adrusa:Hello boss, Apologies about your ordeal. I have sold the 3000w Easun offgrid inverter for nearly 4 years and the company has been extremely supportive with providing me with the proprietary control cards to effect repairs, and it has been the backbone of the after-sales support i provide to my customers. I just took delivery of 50 cards across the 12v and 24v variants of the 3000w last week, and 30 more cards will be leaving China by this week. Can we connect so that you can share pictures of the part you need and I can speak with my account manager to provide it for you at a fee.

johnnyholtby:You really need to reach out to them to understand what is happening. I received mine earlier today and already installed it. Thanks for your inputs. Oga Georgee, thanks also your advise. I appreciate everyone!
|
johnnyholtby:Has yours been shipped? Mine was shipped yesterday and expecting to be delivered today.
|
georgee:Thanks boss. Will definitely keep us all posted. Meanwhile, it looks like we will not be getting compensated for the weeks we are unable to use the access due to the defective kit. I thought they used to give a free 1 month service back then
|
johnnyholtby:Chai! I dey on a long thing be that! And it looks like MTN is now intentionally punishing me with terrible reception for the months I boycotted them. I got notification of order placement yesterday with an expected delivery timeline of 4th - 11th of April. I earnestly pray and hope that we both get notification of order shipment before the Easter holidays. |
Abeg na! Make una call this una resident in-house scammer to order na! I made this post (https://www.nairaland.com/7486765/spacex-starlink-internet-experience-lagos/159#138917118) about my Starlink that stopped working all of a sudden this afternoon. I had already chatted with Starlink support and they had promised to send me a replacement kit immediately. But I needed some feedback from people that had similar challenge to know how long it took them to receive their replacement, so I reached out to Georgee regarding his experience That was how this son of a gun reached out to me with a foreign number (+639611803287), pretending to be Georgee, and was going on and on about his own experience and how Starlink wasnt helpful and he had to get a "kit" himself. In my desperation, I rolled with him honestly thinking he was the real person, until he said that I will have to buy the kit from him for 5k to resolve my own issue. Na there my brain reset, notifying me that I was speaking with the son of doom and I had to screenshots our chats and called him out. As expected, he deleted his chats immediately The guy is a low life. Ordinary 5k! 5k nkiti! 5kpa! Anyways, attached are screenshots of our chats and below are his details so that it can be indexed and people will take note Phone number: +639611803287 Account number: 6103469155 Bank: Opay Name: Toheeb Olalekan Amusat

georgee:Currently experiencing same issue you experienced 2 years ago, my Oga. My router has refused to come on after nearly 2 years of use. I chatted with Starlink support and they have promised to send a new one. I see that your issue started on the 1st of April, and they didnt ship it until 10th of April, and you got it on the 15th of April. Any idea why it took them 9 whole days to ship out? My entire household have become too dependent on the Starlink that i dont know how we will cope in the coming days... ...it will be hard to work remotely and the house go dey very quiet due to lack of Netflix and chills...lolAbeg, make una advise me |
People of God, abeg i need help. My starlink router has refused to come on at all. I am chatting with Starlink Support now and they said my kit is defective and they will send me a new one. Does anyone know how long this will take? My location is Mowe,Ogun State. And which dispatch carrier do they usually use? I am worried that they may not be able to locate my address, because it is quite hard to find. |

By using DPC mat, you can reduce the possibility of water capillary movements through your foundation and super-structure blocks, even after using DPM. 150mm x 30m x 500um (for 6" blocks): 16,000 230mm x 30m x 500um (for 9" blocks): 20,000

JoeSef0:Unless I am using a hybrid inverter, I am not a fan of using inverters with charging function to charge my batteries. Most times, it undercharges your battery, and leaves you with less backup time. I speak out of direct experience. It is not a bad idea to use the inverter with ups function to power your home, bypass grid and even charge your battery. But you can consider supporting the charging function with an external charger. So that when the inverter stops charging and indicate your batteries as being full, the external charger will continue charging until your batteries are actually fully charged |
JoeSef0:Good question. No, it doesn't do so as a follow-come feature. It is a budget setup afterall. But it can be made possible using a relay switch to automatically transfer your load to grid, if available. However, if the charger is connected to a separate socket that is NOT powered by the inverter, but pulled out from the point grid or gen enters your house so that the socket/charger only comes on when there is nepa or gen light, then you can have a system that runs without your intervention to a great extent. Your battery will immediately begin charging as soon as there is grid input, even though the inverter is on and still powering your loads. And as long as your loads doesnt exceed the amps rating of the charger, the batter will be getting charged while your loads are still being powered. You can then manually switch to nepa light at your convenience. |
WhiteAngels001:They are actually Lithium batteries (LiFePO4) made with Grade A cells. See datasheet attached. A capacity test has been done on them, see links below, and we will be conducting a live strip down test on them soon. And yes, it can power your house. You either get an inverter, AC charger and solar charge controller (as seen in first picture below), all of which i can provide, or get an Hybrid (all-in-one) inverter. I have a Haisic 1.5kva available for 190k. See picture below a hybrid (all-in-1) inverter ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a5CvmSrK068?si=tX68JDRFzEIFGu1O https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hsjQ_1-s6Zc?si=X16VxgFgFKslpA7W
