May this week rain with many more exciting testimonies interesting to see quite a bit of activity over the weekend. Congrats to all PPR clinchers many more will be released from the pipeline in Jesus name. I need to make an inquiry for a friend I have searched through the thread but can't seem to find so much information on optometry. Does anyone know which body can evaluate the optometry degree and what equivalent they are likely to get.

POST ITA - Please can one use a statement of result for the PPR application itself other than the actual certificate of result as the certificate isnt available.

Okay that is good. Then based on the result of you WES evaluation we should be able to form on opinion on the evaluation of the ATS result in general. For now what is certain is that the report issued by ICAN itself returns with a positive evaluation, your should give confirmation for the results issued by ICAN+ABWA

You may be correct but however, I sent them 2009 ABWA certificate and was accepted. Though while I was filling the form, I put ICAN as awarding body as it kept rejecting ABWA.

So someone told me something similar and from what I can see a new certificate is being issued for ATS and the examining body is ABWA mine was issued in 2006 and ICAN was the examining body, seems like the certificate issued by the new body is not being evaluated by WES

Please I need urgent help concerning this statement you made, I got a mail from Wes on Monday stating Wes does not evaluate ATS however that they can evaluate my degree certificate so I should respond if they should proceed with my evaluation. My question is how did yours get evaluated? Is there something I need to do now before the evaluation is completed? Do I need to call their customer service or something coz I spent money o to process the transcript,cleared my outstanding bills with Ican and still send document to Wes via dhl only for them to tell me it can’t be evaluated, please help a friend urgently, thanks

I am a silent reader but I do try to give back when I can. Got my WES evaluation report back today and to further address the ATS verification, I can confirm it comes back positive canadian equivalent is '1 year of college level certificate'

Please I have a quick question. Can someone please give me a handout.. I just noticed that my express entry profile will expire in a few days is there a way I can renew it without having to start to fill it from the beginning all over again. I will appreciate your feedback.

Please does anyone have an idea of how long it takes WES to complete their verification exercise. Currently I have my IELTS scores LSWR - 8.5,8.5,8,5,9. My tip for those writing IELTS would be to make to use youtube there are a lot of good videos that will help, LIZ Blog is also great that helped me a lot with my writing I must say, and then you can download a listening app on your phone to practise.

However, I need to understand how long the verification of results takes. I am currently waiting to have my ATS certificate verified by WES and that seems to be taking quite some time.. anyone with an idea of the timeline for this.

I am new to this forum and still trying to figure out how to use nairaland.. but quite a lot to learn here... I am waiting on ICAN to verify my ATS not sure how long that takes, they keep saying they haven't received the documents..does anyone have an idea of the time lag between when it is sent to ICAN and when ICAN receives.
