The donor then did a terrible job of repairing the reflecting pool that the algae is back and the paint he put down is peeling 1 week later.
And the President, instead of admitting his mistake, lies that it was vandalism and is having his DOJ ruin people's lives by arresting them for touching the water (which isn't illegal).
