1.) Post a video of the person slicing the epoxy or post the police report where the police say he tried to sabotage the pool by slicing the epoxy.
You can't because it's like most right wing propaganda, they only posted a video of someone getting arrested and then made up the rest.
He didn't.
At some point you have to learn the difference between sourced information and made up stuff.

2.) Do you even understand how silly you sound saying someone tried to slice commercial grade epoxy?
Epoxy is bonded to the material is is applied to. You would have to slice it and then somehow separate it from the underlying concrete.
